If you have ever wondered why sand gets into the most annoying places whenever there's a strong wind, here's the answer: the sand witch is a mischievous being.
Born with one of the more useless affinities in the magic world, she never let that stop her. Mostly because she didn't want to achieve much of anything anyway, so what was there to stop?
She was perfectly content spending the rest of her days cooped up in the highest tower in the world, making the sands scalding hot here, and blow into your eyes there.
And the times she got particularly bored... Well, those times we know as sand storms.
A/N: I could have turned this into one massive pun, but I decided that was just too obvious.
Puns or no puns, this challenge too has come to an end! I think this one might have taken me the longest in total to complete, I started it almost a year ago, and so much has happened in the meantime...
At the moment, there's no further microfiction challenge I'm working on, since I'm focused on my poetry more these days. I hope to continue doing these in the future though, since I enjoy them quite a lot.
For now I'll mark this book as completed, however. That said, thanks for reading my tiny stories and I hope you enjoyed them! And as always, should you decide to tackle one of these challenges, let me know and I'll give your take on them a read!
