As Kirstie walked with the shapeshifter, she watched the ground. She was still a little fuzzy, as she wasn't sober yet, but she was funtional.

"Now," Leigh started. "What all can you do?"

Kirstie yawned. "Uh, I can control water, breath underwater, talk to animals, and I'm an empath."

Leigh nodded. "Alright. Tell me what I'm feeling, right now."

Kirstie looked at her. "I cant just do it."  She said.

Leigh rolled her eyes. "You and Scott both." She mumbled. "Alright. The whole point of this, is for you be be able to do it. All of you. You guys need to control your powers, and you and Scott are gonna have the hardest time with that because your pregnant, so focusing is a must for you."

Kirstie nodded. "Alright. Um, how?"

"Just try and focus on what you want to do. You want to know what I'm feeling."

The demigod took a deep breath before.she closed her eyes and focus on Leigh. "Um..." she started. "You're...irritated, more than anything."

Leigh nodded. "That normal." She chuckled. "But, that was really good. You did good."

"And now, you have a sense of pride." Kirstie smiled as she opened her eyes.

Leigh returned her smile. "I do. It's nice seeing you guys make progress."

"Its nice to be making progress. Um, so, I discovered that I can make things out of water..."

Leigh nodded. "Show me."

Kirstie smiled and brought her hand up. First, she summoned a water ball, then she used both hands to form and shape the object she was trying to make.

Leigh watched as the ball of water got larger and began to mold and shift into a trident.

Leigh nodded with approval. "Nice."

"Daughter of the Sea God. Might as well own it right?" The girl shrugged.

"I guess so." Leigh smiled. "Now, you said you could talk to animals?"

Kirstie nodded. "Its like I can hear them in my head. Sometimes I do it unintentionally and I'll hear a squirrel thinking about a giant acorn."

"Yeahhhhhhh, that ones a little hyper fixated on the thought for some reason."

"Let's just hope the world doesn't split apart, because of it." Kirstie smiled.

Leigh nodded. "Alright, well, I wanna see this in action so, I'm gonna shift, and then Inwant you to have a conversation with me."

"O...kay?"

Leigh nodded and closed her eyes. In less time than Kirstie realized, Leigh had shifted into a dog.
