Chapter 97

Avi sighed as he sat at the base of the stairs. He watched as Kirstie came over with their daughter and sit next to him.

She offered for him to hold Arryanna, knowing it would calm him. She was good at that; helping him to relax. She was his comfort.

"Hi, Arry." He smiled. Leaning down to kiss her little nose. "You're beautiful. Just like your mommy, you know that?"

The baby squealed, a big smile showing on her face.

"Oh, she knows she's cute." Kirstie said, looking at her daughter with a tender expression. "She uses it to her advantage."

"Smart baby."

Kirstie snorted. "Oh, definitely. Her and Neryssa talk all the time, I swear."

"They get along quite well." Avi smiled. "But at the same time, they're only 8 days old."

"But they have the personalities of 15 year olds. That's just how it works."

Avi nodded with a chuckle and looked at Kirstie. "I love you."

Kirstie smiled back, while her face blushed, and leaned in to give him a kiss.

This earned another squeal from the baby.

Both parents laughed as they turned their heads to look at the child, who looked like she was quickly falling asleep.

"Someone's sleepy." Kirstie giggled.

"I'll put her down."

"Change her, too?"

He nodded and began making his way upstairs to take care of his daughter.

On his way to his room to change Arryanna, he heard soft moans coming from Scott and Mitch's room. He recognized those sounds and quickly covered the baby's ears. The, bolted to the bedroom and kicked the door shut.

"No, thank you." He said as he leaned against the door. He looked at the baby in his arms and chuckled. "You don't need to be hearing that, Pretty Girl. No, Siree."

Mainly bc I'm gonna do somfin I havent done in a while. It's at the request of laisa44-chan, and I'm super excited.
