Mitch didn't know what what happening. He was fine until he went into panic mode.

He was walking with Matt when it happened.

Something fell and clattered. He screamed and the table flew across the room. That sent him over the edge.

Fires kept popping up everywhere, and he couldn't stop any of them.

He panicked when he saw Matt coming at him.

He'd crawled into a corner and threw up a wall of flame to keep everyone away from him and protect himself from the angry demigod.

"Mitchell! Don't make this any harder than it has to be!"

Mitch panicked more when he saw Matt's face and he flung a picture off the wall and it went right for Matt's head.

"Huh." Matt chuckled. "Telekinetic as well? This should be fun."

Mitch went straight from panicked to pissed off. "I am not a piece in your game."

"But you would fit so well. Mitch, don't you see? You belong here where you have people that are willing to help you develope your abilities."

He stared at Matt.

"What do you want with Scott? I wanna know why I pretty much sacrificed my life for him."

"Clearly you've sensed something different about him. You've been very intent of finding out about him."

"I just want to know if he's okay." Mitch said slowly.

"He's fine. There's nothing wrong with him."

"Then why do you want him?"

"Because of what he's capable of doing."

"'Capable of doing'?"

"You'll find out." Matt said, as the room continued to fall apart.

Mitch saw a part of the ceiling, come apart and fall towards him and Matt, but he stuck his arm up and it stayed.

"So you've managed to catch the whole room on fire, you've vanished and come back I don't know how many times, and now your holding something in the air. Better be careful. You'll sap your strength."

"Fuck you." Mitch said, letting the thing he was holding drop onto Matt.

Once it crashed, he darted out of the room. He had no idea where he was, so he did the only thing he could think off.

Teleport.

He thought about Scott. That was the only face that he could remember clearly, mostly because he was all Mitch could think about recently.

He heard foot steps and focused harder. Next thing he knew he was engulfed in flames and had a floating sensation.

He felt himself his the ground. With a groan, he lifted himself up and looked around.

He was in the parking lot of a motel. He looked for the van before remembering it was totalled.

He ran to the first door and knocked.

He did this several times before he started to feel weak. Teleporting took a lot out of you, apparently.

He took a deep breath before he knocked on the next door.

"Because we can't really do anything until then." He heard as the door opened.

The instant he locked eyes with Avi, he jumped and wrapped himself around him, taking them to the ground.
