Three days and Avi still hasn't spoken to anyone except Kevin.

Currently, they're on their way from somewhere in Missouri to Indiana. The plan was to stay there for a.few days and then make the rest of the remaining trip to Ohio.

Avi was pretty sure that if they had gotten at least a name, this whole mission thing would be a whole lot easier. The only thing they knew, was that they were Zeus's son. No name, no description, no definite location. For all he knew, they were on a wild goose chase. If Zeus had been just a little more descriptiv-

"Av, can you pull over so I can pee?" Scott asked timidly.

Kevin looked at the blond. "Didn't you just go like, less than an hour ago?"

"Yeah, but I really have to pee."

Kevin sighed. "Av, pull over."

Avi did so and Scott got out and did his business, then hopped back in.

Kevin just chuckled and turned back to what he was reading. "You're somethin' else."

"Heyyyy, don't laugh at me." Scott whined.

"I'm just messin' with you. Chill out."

Scott pouted.

"Lord." Kevin rolled his eyes. "What's the matter with you?"

"I don't know." He sniffled and brought his knees to his chest and rested his chin on them. "I'm just...really sad."

Kevin raised an eyebrow. "What, we have two empaths?"

Scott shook his head. "No, I just mean that I'm sad. Though, I don't know why." He sniffled again.

"Awe, baby." Kirstie said, pulling the giant into her side. "You'll be alright." She rubbed up and down his arm while kissing the top of his head.

Mitch was unaware of what was happening. He was too caught up in thinking about Matt.

He found it kind of odd, Matt coming back from Nevada, less than a week after that building fell. And that feeling he and Kirstie got when they shook his hand? That was another level of odd.

"Mitch, did you hear me?" Kirstie said, snapping her fingers in his face.

He quickly shook his head. "Huh?" He said.

"I asked if you were hungry."

"No, I'm alright. But thanks."

Kirstie gave him a look and sighed. "Why do you do that?"

"Do...what?"

"Act like you don't need anything? You barely touched your food last night and you've hardly eaten really anything at all."

He shrugged. "I just don't really eat."

"Well, you need to start. You're skinny enough as it is."

"I ha e a small figure. So what?"

"No, I have a small figure. You are literally a stick with legs."

"Ouch." He mocked.

She glared.

Mitch rolled his eyes. "Fine. I'll eat something the next time we stop."

Kirstie smiled. "Good. And I'm gonna watch you, so I know your eating."

He rolled his eyes again.

"If you keep rolling your eyes, they're gonna fall out of your head." She joked.

He shrugged. "Oh, well." He smiled. He liked Kirstie.

Granted she almost killed him, but after hed calmed down and thought about it, he realized he was way out of line.

He looked to Scott, who had fallen asleep, still curled in his little ball.

"What do you thinks going on with him?" Mitch asked. "I mean, He's been miserable.

"I think he caught something. When? I have no idea, but we've been in a lot of different places so, its possible." Kirstie shrugged.

Suddenly, something crashed into the side of the van and they rolled.

Its short as hell, but it works, right?

Anyway, I'll try to have another one up later, I've got some life stuff to deal with, which is also part of why this chapter is so short, but ill have another part up probably by tonight, since I know what Im doing with it lol.

Love y'all
