Matt was hiding.

Not because he was scared, but because he was watching. He was watching how everyone was working. It was currently raining pretty hard and was making it hard to see what was being done.

Kevin wasn't really able to do much, aside from a few hand to hand things, but it wasnt very good, and Avi was waving a bunch of vines around, snatching people up and tossing them like nothing.

See, Matt knew exactly what he was doing. He knew Mitch would eventually find his way back out here, just not when or how. So, until then, he was staying hidden.

Scott groaned when he saw Hades coming down the stairs.

"Oh, hush it." The god grumbled. "I finally got your baby daddy to come downstairs. Not willingly but...take what you can get." He smiled as he put Mitch in the corner, the column of energy keeping him in place.

"Now that he's taken care of, what's happening?" Hades tilted his head and examined the room.

"You're granddaughter and great neice are trying to make their way into the world." Kirstie snarked. She gave a yell, and the rain outside started falling harder.

"Oh, boy." Hades said, seeing the weather change. "This isn't gonna work."

He was gonna speed off before Scott stopped him. "Dont you dare leave us alone in the same room as him." He glared at Mitch.

"Ah." Hades nodded. "Also, Scott, you were right. Mitch is not Mitch. Currently, his personality is being taken over by another: Demetri."

"Demetri?" Kirstie said the name as if it tasted bad. "What kind of name is that?"

Demetri gave a groan of annoyance from the corner.

"Quiet, you!" Hades scolded, then turned back to the duo. "Don't piss him off." He said.

Scott chuckled angrily. "Now is so not the time to tell me what to do." He shook his head slowly as he exhaled. "This baby is coming at any minute, and her life is already endangered by the asshole in the corner and the son of a bitch outside, which is hilarious, because she isn't even born yet!!" He let out a yell as he was hit with a strong contraction. This one was a lot stronger than the rest.

"Oh my god." He barely wheezed out. He really thought the pain would kill him at this point.

Demetri gave a slight struggle, and the next he fell to the ground, having full use of his body back.

"Thank you, Scotty-Boy." He smirked as he stood back up with a chuckle. "Or shall I thank my daughter...? Hm. Who knows. Either way, you helped Mitch, aka me, escape from Hades' grasp." He tilted his head just a bit and looked between Scott and Kirstie. "I'll return." He said and teleported out.

Kirstie gave an enraged chuckle as she repositioned herself. "I'll drown his ass if he tries anything." She growled. She was thirsty, she was hot, and she was in pain. Nothing was helping.

Wait...

Water! Why didn't she think of it before?

"Bathtub." She said, a bit of urgency to her voice, as she took off her shirt, leaving her in her sports bra. "I need to be in some form of water."

"Ah." Hades said, now uncomfortable. "I'm not doing that."

"Yes, you are." She countered in a tone Hades really didn't wanna antagonize even more.

"Fantastic." He sighed.

Matt jumped out of the bush he was hiding in the moment he saw Mitch walking out to him through the rain.
