"Is everyone alright?" Kevin asked. He looked around saw everyone except Mitch, and Kirstie was laying limp on the floor.

Kevin got himself out of the passenger seat and went over to her.

"Kirstie." He said, shaking her. He saw she had a gash, and what looked to be a nasty bump on her head.

He placed his hands on the sides of her face and concentrated.

Avi was crawling out of the drivers seat, wincing everytime he had to move. "Fuck." He growled. He climbed up and threw open the door and crawled out.

The van was on its side. So, Avi stayed up where he was to help Kevin get the others out.

Scott, being super tall, got out fairly easy, ignoring the pain in his stomach as he got up. He jumped down onto the ground, holding the right side of his midsection. He lifted his shirt and saw a medium-ish sized wound that was bleeding. He gritted his teeth and dropped his shirt, ignoring it. Kirstie and Mitch were his priority.

He looked around at where they were. There was a large silver truck, next to the van that was all cock-eyed and was definitely totalled.

Scott looked a little more, and saw Mitch about ten feet away from the van holding up a wall of fire. He ran over.

"What's happening? Are you okay?" Scott asked, looking over Mitch's body.

Mitch didn't know what was happening. He was talking and the next thing he knew he was flying out a window. His arm was bruised, he'd gotten sliced in the chest, had a bunch of gashes on his arms from the window and before he could process it he saw something come towards him and panicked and threw up a wall.

"Mitch!" Scott yelled.

Mitch's eyes flew to his. They had a wild and terrified look.

Scott looked back and saw everyone climbing out of the van.

"Mitch, lower that wall. Who is it." He asked slowly.

"I-I-I don't know! I panicked!

"Lower it."

Mitch gulped and did so.

When the wall was lowered, Scott saw maybe four or five other people talking.

"Matt?" Mitch asked, lowering the wall entirely.

Scott saw the taller one, turn his head at the name.

"Oh, hi, Mitchy." Matt smiled with a wave.

Kevin, Kirstie, now that she was healed, and Avi were coming over.

Mitch turned to Matt. "I knew there was something off about you."

"I mean, I'm surprised you didn't figure it out. Neither you nor Kirstie, and from what I've heard, y'all are supposed to be pretty smart. And you." He pointed to Scott. "I've heard that you're very special."

Scott rolled his eyes. "Why does everyone keep saying that?"

Matt chuckled. "I have no idea what it is, but there's definitely something about you. I just can't put my finger on it."

Matt turned and looked at one of the people behind him. Scott watched as she vanished into thin air. He was taken by surprise when he felt an arm snake around his neck and a knife was pressed into his stomach. He froze.

"Woah, okay okay!" Mitch said, half sounding hysterical. "Just tell us what you want. Please." He sniffled. His panic and fear and anxiety were all fighting to get the better of him.
