"I'm not sure she's gonna make it."

Leigh started at him. "How can you tell?"

Mitch shrugged. "I don't know, but it's the same way I can tell she's got another baby inside. I just...know."

Leigh nodded. "Alright. Uh...how long does she have after the baby is born?"

Mitch hesitated and looked over to the poor girl on the bed. "I can't tell you exactly." He said slowly. "She might hold out for a bit after delivery but..."

Leigh gave him a sad nod, understanding.

"Any sign of Matt?" He raised an eyebrow.

She shook her head. "I haven't seen him, but that doesn't mean he's not there."

Then Mitch got an idea. "Avi collapsed this morning right as Cameron showed up. What if Matt showed up at the same time and that's what Avi sensed?"

Leigh nodded. "Okay, you and Avi track him down. I'll stay here with her." She sniffled and went over to the girl.

Mitch went to Avi.

"I think you're able to sense were enemies are. I need you to come with me so we can find Matt."

Avi blinked and decided not to question what he'd just heard. "But what about-" he nodded to Cameron.

"She will be fine." Mitch interrupted, though he didn't look very confident in his words. "Leigh and Kevin have got her. Av, I need you."

Avi gave the room quick once over as he saw Leigh and Kevin getting ready to deliver the second child here shortly. He looked back at Mitch and saw tears slowly forming in his eyes.

He was scared.

"Please." Mitch's voice cracked. "Help me keep our daughter's safe."

Avi nodded. "Okay. Let's go."

The second he finished his sentence he grabbed Mitch's hand and sped off around the place.

Only, Mitch wasn't used to moving that fast. Especially, without a warning.

"Woah!" He yelled, getting Avi to stop.

Once Avi stopped, Mitch's stomach heaved and he vomited on the ground.

"Sorry." Avi cringed.

Mitch groaned and held his stomach as he came back up, taking in in a sharp breath and wiping his mouth.

"It's fine. Next time, just warn me." He fixed his hair. "Can you sense him? Or anything?"

Avi closed his eyes and took in the vibe of his surroundings.

"There." He said, his hand shooting out and pointing to the left, at a bush about a hundred feet away. "I don't know if it's him, but someone or something is over there."

He looked at Mitch who's face was hard. A fireball appeared in his hand as he started making his way over there.

"Mitch, wait!" Avi grabbed Mitch's wrist.

"Avi, you're really gonna stop me?" He asked, his eyes dark and cold.

"Yes, Hot-Head. Because if you go over there without knowing what's there, you just might get yourself killed and I am not dealing with a distraught Scott again."
