Kirstie was tired.

It had been over a week.

She was furious with Avi because he wouldn't. Stop. Arguing.

Irritated with Scott, because he was mouthing off to literally everyone, and when he wasn't, he was sitting in the corner thinking about Mitch and their baby (not that that was the irritating part).

Thankful for Kevin, for helping her stay sane between her consoling Scott and ripping Avi a new one.

And mad at Mitch.  Why did he have to go and be all hero-ish?!

She hated when people in movies and shows would do that. She was mad because she was scared. She didn't know what would happen to him.

He doesn't even know he's got a child.

None of them knew what was happening to him, or if he was even alive.

Then she got an idea. "Oh!" She said.

Kevin and Scott looked at her. "What?" They said. Scott was reading, what she thought was some type of pregnancy book, and kevin was looking for a new vehicle.

"We can teleport. Why don't we just do that? One of us can go and try to get him."

"Kirstie, as amazing of an idea that that is...its a little too risky."

"Too risky?" She sat down.

"Teleportation takes a lot of energy from us. And lets face it, we all suck at it. Plus, I don't know if that would be safe for Scott."

"What do you mean you "don't know of it would be safe for Scott?" Scott asked.

"You're pregnant, numb nut. I just don't know if the amount of strain that would but on your body would harmful or not. Especially since you're so early on." Kevin explained.

"Oh, by the way, what did your mom say when she was here?" Kirstie asked her fellow blond. "Been meaning to ask."

"Barely anything. All she kept giving me are vague answers. She even answered a question I hadn't even thought of yet." Scott explained, still slightly irritated with the whole situation.

"Well, what was that?"

"That My daughter will be very special." He rolled his eyes. "Yes, its nice to know, but she didn't answer any of the questions we need answered."

"Wait, you're having a girl?" Kirstie asked, a huge smile on her face.

Scott just nodded. This wasn't what they needed to be discussing right now.

"Well, you certainly seem excited." Kevin joked, nudging Scott in the arm.

"I mean...Yeah, I guess. I haven't really wrapped my head around it. I mean, I'm 18, male, and having a baby. On top of the fact that I'm a demigod. I barely had time to process anything before our lived changed, Mitch and I had sex, and now we're having a baby, and he knows absolutely nothing about it and it probably on some kind of evil bender right now!"

Kirstie and Kevin both stared at him.

"I'm sorry." He sniffled, wiping his face.

Kirstie rubbed his back. "You're okay, honey." She said, pulling him in as he quietly sobbed.

Kevin felt for Scott, granted he had no idea what it was like. Scott had something huge practically thrown on top of him. No one would handle that well.

"So what do we do?" Avi asked from the corner.

Scott was about to say something snarky, but Kevin spoke up.

"You remain civil." He looked between scott and Avi. "Both of you."

Avi nodded. "I just wanna know what we do now."

"I liked Kirstie's idea of us teleporting, but I don't know how well it would work since we don't really know where Mitch is, and because I don't know if it would be healthy for Scott to do it."

"Well." Avi started. "If this baby is as powerful as everyone thinks it is, it should be able to handle teleporting right?"

"Well, I mean, yeah. That would make sense."

"Then all we really need to do is try and find Mitch."

He heard a knock on the door and he went to get it. "Because we cant really do anything till then." He opened the door and the second his eyes met big brown ones, he was engulfed in a hug.

He fell to the ground and looked to the person on top of him.

"Mitch?"
