Scott woke to the feeling of a hand smacking against his stomach.

He lifted his head and saw that Mitch was sprawled out, facing the ceiling. He was laying about halfway down the bed, his feet hanging over the edge. It looked uncomfortable, but Mitch was sleeping soundly. Though, he snored so loud, Scott was surprised he wasn't woken sooner.

With a sigh, he dropped his head and turned to go back to sleep. He was fine until Mitch stirred and pulled himself back up to his pillow. Only issue,  he was creeping to the middle of the bed.

Scott wanted to make more room, but as he tried he found the edge of the bed and rolled off of it. He jumped up when the cold of the floor touched his bare chest. With an irritated sigh, he looked over to Mitch who was sound asleep in the middle of the bed.

He looked at Neryssa who was also sleeping soundly. What was funny is she was snoring, too. Scott thought she'd wake herself up. Hopefully, she wouldn't.

Since he was awake, he figured he might as well do something. So, he decided to make breakfast.

He grabbed the baby mintier and went downstairs. Then turned on the lights to the kitchen and stopped.

What would he even make? Mitch didn't like waffles because it was hard to spread the butter and Kirstie didn't like french toast. Scott didn't really know why, but ever since she got pregnant she couldn't stand it. Eggs and bacon were to simple for Avi, and Leigh was so picky, Scott didn't know whether to go left or right half the time.

He pursed his lips and went to the fridge. There had to be something. You live in a house with six people and two babies, there's gonna be food. But combining that food into something everyone would like...well, that was a bit of a challenge.

Maybe pancakes would work. Add a couple sides to it to balance it out. Avi would just have to deal with himself and make do.

Before he started getting all the stuff together, he pulled out his phone and put on some music. It was already almost 5 o'clock anyway, and someone was bound to come in the kitchen at any moment. The only question after that was who would it be. So, he put on some coffee.

Once he got everything prepped and the stove hot, he got to work. He had sausage links in one pan, two more pans heating up for the eggs and hash browns, and a flat-top griddle to make the pancakes.

By six a.m. he had a good portion of sausage, eggs, and hash browns made when he heard the first person make their way into the kitchen. He recognized the sigh as Kevin's and turned to greet his friend as he placed some pancakes on the already existing stack.

"Wow." Kevin said as his half awake eyes landed on the food that was on the counter.

"Good morning to you, too." Scott chuckled.

"Coffee?"

Scott smiled and handed an already made cup to the demigod.

"You really just...what did you even do?" Kevin asked, after taking a sip and sitting in on of the chairs at the island.
