Avi carried Mitch back to the house.
Mitch had passed out halfway there, so Leigh was having him be put on the couch, and the other three went into the kitchen.
Kevin had seen the burn mark on Avis arm and was trying to get Avi to let him heal it, but Avi wasn't listening to him.
Grabbed her teapot, and there in a bunch of herbs and stuff like that, before setting it on the stove to steep.
"First, y'all need to be looked at. Curly, you're arm is literally a giant blister in the shape of his hand." Leigh said, pointing to Mitch on the couch. "You need to get that healed."
"No. Its fine." He said, crossing his arms.
Leigh sighed. "Then at least let me bandage it?"
Avi rolled his eyes. "Fine. Whatever."
"So, what happened?" Kevin asked, jumping right to it.
Leigh shook her head as she walked towards a cabinet. "I have no idea." She said as she opened it, and began looking through her herbs and grabbing a first made kit. "But you need to start working together. All of you. I'm sure the gods have told you this."
Both of the boys nodded. "They have." Kevin said.
"Then start doing it!" Leigh exclaimed, slamming the stuff onto the counter.
She clenched her fist over and over, calming herself. "I'm sorry."
Kevin came forward and grabbed her hand. "Its okay." He said with a smile, reassuring smile. He knew about her being affected with the Hell Hound blood, just like Mitch. He knew she was struggling.
Leigh smiled and nodded before slowly taking her hand away.
"Okay, Curly. Shirt off." She said.
He looked at her, confused. "What? Why?"
"Since you won't let Kevin heal you, I need to see your body for anymore cuts or bruises or injuries." She explained, sounding bored.
With a huff, followed by awine, he took off his shirt, revealing his pale torse.
Leigh nodded. "There, see? You got what looks like a dislocated rib- two of them actually, and a huge gash on your side."
Avi furrowed his brow and looked down. "What-." He started before he saw it. Huh. "When did that happen?" He asked aloud.
Leigh shrugged. "I don't know, but your getting blood on my floor." She said, pointing down.
"Oh." Avi said. "Sorry." He gave her an apologetic look.
"Its fine. You can clean it later."
"Fair enough." He nodded as he felt the sharp sting on the alcohol she was using to clean his wound. "Ow!" He said sharply. "That hurts."
"If you would just let Kevin heal you, this wouldn't be a problem." She griped as she pressed harder.
"OW!"
"You wanna clean up more blood?"
He stopped complaining and just rolled his eyes. "Bitch." He mumbled, then let out a growl when she poked him, right on the gash.
"Avi, you might just wanna shut up." Kevin said, with a grin.
Avi huffed and let Leigh do her thing.

Kirstie woke up again, but this time, she was by herself and the room was dark.
"S-Scott?" She asked hesitantly.
