Thank you so so much for reading and supporting me this far- it means so much to me! Don't worry, there's A LOT still to come. I just wanted to shout out neitkekoclaoc  for also adding "Amelia" to their reading list!

I apologize in advance for the rather long chapter, though I hope you enjoy it!

Finally, new aesthetic (gif changes every ten chapters if you're curious, so there are others in past ones as well) and structure from here forward!

Reminder for new readers, change for the old:

☾- scene change
☽- flashback (also italicized)

Erwin, Levi, and Amelia all were to briefly stay at the castle within Wall Sina for the more pressing business matters the following day. Amelia was nervous they wouldn't get the funding they so desperately needed from this meeting, especially considering that the Capital wasn't the biggest supporter of the Scout Regiment at the moment- well, ever.

Still, those without preconceived notions, would know that what happened in Stohess was inevitable. Erwin wasn't reckless or a danger to mankind- in fact, he dedicated everything to save it. Again, not many could understand.

But the members of the Survey Corps did, and they would assist him in anyway possible. Amelia and Levi, Humanity's top two soldiers, had an unwavering loyalty to him, proving difficult for others to deny the Commander's requests.

This was already well known, though.

Currently, Amelia was shutting the door to her room quietly, sneaking down the deserted hall. She'd deliberated about going to Levi's quarters, but knew that it was better to go the night without him. She hadn't been sure if he'd be prepared to face Erwin, or to confront their relationship yet.

So where was she going?

While Amelia absolutely despised Wall Sina, and also detested the pompous assholes that occupied it, she was, however, aware that they had a rather pleasant evening view.
