[83 part 2]

Luz met up with Principal Bump before she went to her next class, now having a new schedule. Oracle, Beast Keeping, and Abomination. Not mixed abomination, regular. The old teacher was teaching history, but he made a class just for her now. Luz loved all her classes, but it was actually really stressful. She had been doing it not for herself, but for Arius.

He wanted her to be the best, but now, Luz could do the classes she really wanted to focus on. Now, Luz had first period abomination, second period Oracle, third history, fourth Beast Keeping, fifth math, and sixth, science. She would still have a few classes with Amity, but Luz could do what she wanted now.

Let's go to after school, Amity had brought Arin and Luz together again. "Now, apologize."

Arin sneezed in Luz's face, the witch about to knock out their– "Arin, I will put you in a cage if you aren't nice to Luz!"

They snarled, "Gno."

"Arin, I'm sorry for being mean to you this morning. But I still hate you, because I love you."

They glanced at her, "Goowwrrr."

"It's okay, but you still better run, because you just got your mucus all over me."

They licked and nuzzled her cheek, running off in to the grass, barking at her before heading to the Griffin's. Amity pulled out a handkerchief, wiping Luz's face, the witch quietly thanking her. "You should go get your groceries already."

"No, you said after I apologized I could hug you. So we are going to my house and I will not let you go til I am satisfied with my apology. And that's final."

"Let me go now! It's been two hours!" Amity exclaimed, trying to push herself away from Luz.

The witch pulled her to the side, kissing the humans cheek, Amity freezing in her place. "I never said you could leave." Luz muttered.

Amity relaxed again, purring quietly, Luz rubbing her back. "NoO.." Amity whined. "DoN't MaKe Me FaLl aSlEeP!"

Luz shushed her, "I'll end up falling asleep anyways..You just shh."

"That was my line.."

"Can you just be quiet while I make you fall asleep? I'll let you go when you finally doze off."

Amity pouted, "..At least tell me why I didn't see you for more then half of our classes.." Amity mumbled.

Luz hummed, "Well, I like all the tracks, feels great to do all of them, but I was forced to do them all." Luz sighed. "Arius wanted me to be better, so I was. Took up every track, except bard, and kept my grades higher then everyone else's."

Amity nuzzled in to Luz's chest, her purrs following. "Keep talking..I'm listening.."

"It was stressful to keep my grades up in their perfect position, having to do work a month early, teaching students from every track.." Luz paused. "It's just hard to focus on being the top student. Felt like I should stop, so I am. Oracle, Beast Keeping, and regular Abomination. Lot less stress, lot more free time. For you.."

Amity froze, Luz relaxing as she was about to doze off. Her breathing steadied, then in just a few minutes, Luz fell asleep. Amity slid her hand up, cupping Luz's cheek, gently caressing it, the witch purring quietly. "..I love you, Luz.." Amity said quietly.

The purrs grew as Amity rubbed Luz's cheek, the witch nuzzling in to her pillow. Amity carefully slipped out of Luz's grasp, getting off the bed, Luz grabbing the next closest thing, a pillow, and gently squeezing it. Amity kissed Luz's cheek, the purrs growing. Amity pulled back, going to the door, carefully opening it, slipping out, and leaving.

She went downstairs, King coming over wearing an apron, a little chefs hat on his broken horn, and cupcakes on a tray. "They're velvet~"

Amity took one of the cupcakes, patting King's head, "Thank you. Tell Luz I'll be with Lilith okay?"

He nodded, getting on his tippy toes, the human leaning down and kissing his head, "Love you Amity, safe travels." King smiled.

"Wish Luz said that, I'll see you soon King." Amity pat his skull, standing upright, and going to the door.

Hooty opened up, Amity stepping out and patting his head too, then, she left. If only Luz was awake..
