The next day, great start actually. Better then usual. Luz sadly won't have training today or for the next few days. Her mom's and Hooty all said that they would do her work for her, no exceptions. So she had gotten to do whatever she wanted for the next 18 hours. And she decided to spend them hanging out with Amity.

She walked down the street, nothing out of the ordinary. The usual passerbys waved at her, continuing their route to their destination. Luz eventually made it to Lilith's house, knocking on the door. Amity opened it awhile later, suprised it was Luz.

"Shouldn't you be at home resting? You only got discharged yesterday."

Luz shrugged. "The doctor did say I need to go out.."

Amity hummed. "Do you want to come in? Lilith's Raven found something I think you'd like!"

Luz went in, Amity closing the door behind her. She took Luz's hand, taking her over to the kitchen. Lilith slid over the rectangular object, Amity taking it. "It's a phone!" The human exclaimed.

'It wasn't you but that's okay.' Luz tapped the screen, showing the time and some old notifications. "How does it work?"

Ooh boy..

She understood the basics, how to type, what everything is, how Boogle works, and how to call someone. The human typed in her phone number, giving Luz her phone back. Luz read what it said, her cheeks reddening a bit. "W-Why did you put hearts after your name..?" Luz asked.

Amity giggled nervously. "I-I thought it was cute..I can take them off if you want-"

"No no I want to keep it that way. Thanks.."

Luz checked out the other apps, seeing what a phone could do that her scroll couldn't. "You can add apps you know." Amity chimed in, pulling up the app store.

The witch hummed. "Any reading apps..?"

Amity perked up, taking Luz's phone and typing something in. She quickly downloaded the app, opening it up. She gave Luz her phone back, giving her specific instructions. After Luz made an account, the loading screen for the app popped up. "Rattpad?"

Amity nodded. "There are so many Azura and Hecate Fanfictions!"

Luz hummed, reading the instructions the app provided. After understanding it, Luz searched up Hecate x Azura. Which actually worked. Thousands of stories for them popped up, surprising Luz a bit. She picked the one that was extremely popular, reading the first chapter.

After about an hour, Luz groaned heavily. "I picked an unfinished one.." Luz cried out.

Amity looked up from her phone. "Which one was it?"

Luz showed her it, the human letting out a giggle. "I wrote that one."

That caught Luz's attention. "You did? How does it end? When will you finish writing it? Did you really have to make the Hecate seem so rude in the beginning? Amity I need you to answer my questions!"

The human giggled again, pushing Luz's phone down. "I'll update tommorow. Want a sneak peak?"

Luz frantically nodded, waiting for the human to show her. Amity pulled up where she could type out her own story, scrolling down to her current position in the story. She scrolled back up to the episode she was supposed to update tommorow, pulling it up for the hybrid. Luz read the first paragraph before Amity took her phone back.

Luz yelped, trying to take Amity's phone back. "That's for tomorrow you dummy! You can wait that long!"

The witch pouted, trying to take Amity's phone back gently. "Give me it please? Just let me finish the chapter really quick.."

Amity shook her head, turning off her phone. Luz snatched it, trying to open it up again. The witch huffed, giving Amity her phone back. She had a password on it! And Luz had no idea of what it could be! She saved the story on her phone, turning it off too. "Come on don't be like that. It's just 17 hours till tomorrow.."

Luz pouted, burrying her face in a pillow. Amity put her hand on Luz's back, the witch letting out a yelp. She flinched, facing the human. "Oh I'm so sorry- I forgot that's where it had happened- It slipped my mind, I'm so sorry are you okay?"

Luz nodded slowly, relaxing a bit. She sighed, running her hand through her hair. "Any other good apps you know of..?"

Amity frantically nodded, taking Luz's phone. She turned it on, no password, and pulled up the app store. She quickly typed in the games name, and waited. She was so pumped, she couldn't wait for Luz to be as good as her.
