Licorice mewed, catching the girls attention. "What is it girl?" Luz asked.

She mewed again, jumping off the counter and signalling upstairs. The witch sighed. "Okay, I'll go check up on him. If Fynn wakes up, call after me."

Amity nodded, Luz getting out of her seat and heading upstairs. Licorice followed the witch, Luz opening the door and closing it behind her. She went over to Dairy, picking him up. She squeezed him tightly, the puff of smoke yellow. He yawned, stretching out. "You okay buddy? Did you just need rest?"

He yawned again, shaking off the sleepyness. He squeaked, his tail wagging swiftly. Licorice mewed, nuzzling the jackalope. "Luz he's up!" Amity shouted from downstairs.

She heard frantic chirps, and scratching at the door. Fynn chirped, his scratches getting more violent. Dairy jumped out of Luz's grasp, on to the bed, then on to the floor. He hopped to the door, trying to reach the handle. Luz went over, opening it up. Fynn flew in, going to the bed. He chirped, sniffing around for the jackalope.

Luz picked Dairy up again, the bunny squeaking. Fynn looked over, Dairy's tail wagging furiously. "Fynn, sit."

The Griffin sat down in an instant, just wanting his jackalope back. Amity came in, taking Dairy from Luz and watching this ensue. "Roll over."

He did so, getting back up in an instant. "Do you want Dairy?"

He nodded, his tail wagging swiftly. "Do you want the jackalope?" Luz asked.

Fynn chirruped, his tail wagging even faster. "Do you want Dairy back?"

He chirped, getting in a downward dog position. Dairy squeaked, looking up at Luz. Licorice mewed, nudging the witch. "Okay, you can get Dairy back."

Amity put him on the bed, the jackalope hopping to Fynn. The Griffin chirruped, pouncing on the bunny. He nuzzled him, licking his face. "You should finish eating Luz, I'm going to update the story once you finish-"

The witch rushed downstairs and in to the kitchen. "I'm eating! Give me a minute!" Luz shouted.

Amity giggled, shaking her head. 'What a dummy.'

Luz rested her head in Amity's lap while she read the new episode, Amity working on a future one. Like I usually do! The human put her phone down, leaning back on the wall. Luz voted for the episode like all of you should do to tell the author you liked their work or comment.

Luz went back to the beginning of the episode, re-reading it, flinching when Amity began to scratch her chin. Luz purred quietly, slapping her hand over her mouth. Amity giggled, taking Luz's hand off her own mouth. "You like to hear my purrs, I want to hear yours."

The witch shook her head, trying to stop herself from purring anymore then she wanted to. "Please? Just for a little bit.."

Luz slowly put her phone down, putting her hand over her chest. Amity scratched her chin, the purrs returning but still quietly. Amity caressed Luz's cheek, the purrs growing a tiny bit. "Don't need to hold back Luz.."

The witch shook her head, not wanting to purr any louder. "Luz.. Please.."

The hybrid looked away, letting her purrs out. They were at least 3 times louder then she made them. Amity giggled, the witches face heating up. As if one person purring was enough, Licorice decided to join in by rubbing her head against Luz's knee. Dairy perked up, nuzzling Fynn. He joined in the purring too, Fynn doing the same.

Luz hummed, her purrs fading fast, the pets still going. "Awh, come on. I wanted to hear your purrs Luz.." Amity mumbled.

The witch sat up, picking Licorice up. The cat mewed, her purrs fading a bit. Luz kissed her snout, Licorice putting her paws on Luz's cheeks. The witch kissed her one more time before putting her on the pillow. Luz got off the bed, Amity questioning where she was going.

Luz went over to Amity's desk, picking up her bag. "Okay, I'm going home. I have to get everything ready for tommorow mornings students."

Amity got off her bed, walking over to Luz. "Okay..Be safe on your way back you hear?"

The witch nodded, squeezing her tightly. "Goodnight Amity."

The human hugged her back, nuzzling in to her shoulder. "Goodnight witchy.."

Luz waved at the passerbys, most of them mom's with their kids. Luz hummed, making her way back home slowly but surely. She stopped, her ears perking up. She looked around, no one behind her, no one in front of her, no one on her right, not above her either. She looked to her left and down the alley.

"Peekaboo."
