"This is stupid.." Luz mumbled. "I'm not sick..I'm never sick.." The witch huffed, sneezing a second later.

"Sure about that?" Edric asked.

"I have work to do.." Luz muttered, getting off her bed slowly.

"Nu-Uh, sit down." Camilla said sternly.

"NoOo.." Luz mumbled, taking off the blanket from herself.

She had no shirt on, just an undergarment, and some shorts. "My students...I need to finish their work.." Luz mumbled, staggering forward.

"Maybe we should call Boscha." Edric suggested.

"She..She has a date with Willow today..They're..At the park.." Luz muttered, leaning on the door frame.

Emira came over, keeping her cousin up. "What about Agustus?" Em asked.

"Date.."

"Eileen?"

"With her dad..Visiting family.." Luz mumbled.

"Skara?" Camilla suggested.

Luz shook her head. "She's working on an important project for her class.."

"Yo Edric, your boyfriend?"

"He's busy..And he's not my boyfriend!" Edric shouted, he's cheeks turning a light pink.

"Right right, not yet at least.." Emira said smugly.

"You're incorrigible." The male twin huffed.

"How about Hooty?" Camilla snapped.

"He can't carry anything mom..He's a tube.." Luz muttered.

The witches and human thought about it. Trying to figure out who could take care of Luz while they went out. "What about your girlfriend?" Edric asked his twin.

"1, she's not my girlfriend yet. 2, she's out with the other members of the Beast Keeping track to care for the animals." Emira said, looking up at the clock. "AH! I have to go! She's expecting me to help out! Feel better cuz!" Emira shouted, running out of the room.

"How about Barkus?" Edric suggested.

"Special tutoring with the Oracle teacher.." Camilla muttered.

"How do you know?" Edric questioned.

"I keep up with his mom on Penstragram. She's very proud of him." Camilla said, smiling brightly.

"That leaves Amity.." Edric muttered.

"Who's Amity..?" Luz asked, turning towards them.

"Your best fr-"

Edric covered Camilla's mouth. "Your girlfriend silly!" He went to her level. "Play along." He whispered.

"My...Girlfriend..?" Luz asked. "Are you sure..?"

"Mhm! You two have been dating for awhile!" Edric said cheerfully.

"Just because I might have amnesia doesn't mean you can tease me Ed.." Luz muttered, staggering towards them.

He frowned. "Thought that would work.." He muttered.

Luz coughed, trying to keep herself steady. "Maybe we should cancel our plans and help Luz out.." Edric considered.

"No..You guys get a day off too..Todays just not a good day for me.." Luz said, trying to smile.

"Mija, you care about us more then yourself..We want to stay.."

"No no..Please, just go..You guys had this day planned, I don't want to ruin that..I'll be fine." Luz said, fixing her posture. "See? Better already, I'm okay..!"

Edric and Camilla gave eachother a questioning look. "Should we call Lilith to send Amity over?" Camilla asked.

"Yeah that would be a better idea. Do you have her number?"

"Yeah, summon my scroll please."

Luz sighed, slowly but surely going back to her bed. A few minutes go by and the door is busted open. "LUZ ARE YOU OKAY!?!" Amity shouted from downstairs, her footsteps nearing.

Fynn flew in before Amity came in. He landed on Luz's chest, frantic chirps escaping his beak. "I'm okay buddy.." The witch said, moving his fur back.

Amity rushed in, kneeling down beside Luz. "I'm fine..I don't need your help.." The witch huffed.

The human sighed in relief. 'Still the same Luz.' She thought.

"I can take her from here on out..You guys go have fun." Amity said.

"Take care of her, we'll be back in the afternoon. If there are any problems, tell Hooty. He'll come get us right away. Okay?"

"It's okay Camilla, the humans got this." Edric said, leading the older human out.

Luz sighed, Fynn nuzzling the witch. "Just you, me, the bird, and Fynn. You sure you're okay?" Amity asked.

"I'm fine.." Luz muttered, coughing a second later.

They heard the door close, which means it's Luz's turn to do what she wants. She got up, getting off her bed. "Lay back down!" Amity demanded.

"I have work to do.." Luz muttered.

"If you lay back down I'll keep quiet!"

"We both know very well that you won't be able to keep that promise.." Luz muttered, leaning on the door frame.

"I'll give you a Kiss!"
