For once, we'll do Amity's point of view in the beginning of the episode. The human tightened her grip on the bear she received from the witch she loved so much. "Where'd you get that?" Lilith asked, leaning on the door frame.

Amity looked over at her mentor, sitting up. "From the store." The human said sarcastically.

"From who?" The witch asked.

"Luz.." Amity mumbled.

Lilith scoffed. "No you did not, she doesn't give people things. She gets them from people. Who'd you really get it from?"

"I'm not kidding, we went to get King another stuffie.." The human muttered.

"Odd.." The witch mumbled. "Anyway, want to go out for dinner?" Lilith asked.

Amity nodded, getting off her bed. She put the bear down, walking towards her in room restroom. "Alright, be out in 10 minutes."

"Don't. Say. Anything." Luz muttered, putting her hand up.

"I wasn't going to say anything." Amity snickered.

Luz glared at the human, clicking her pen. "What do you want? You have 20 seconds before I skip your order."

"You." Amity said, giving the witch finger guns.

The hybrid wacked her with her with her notepad. "Do you want the usual Lily?" Luz asked.

"Yeah. In exactly 35 minutes, make one of your surprise desserts yeah?"

"Alright, that it?"

"Get Amity the special, oh and I want a lemonade." Lilith chirped. "You kid?"

"Surprise me." The human said, sitting up.

Luz nodded, going back in to the kitchen. "First time you've seen her in a dress?" Lilith asked.

"Second time in anything actually." Amity mumbled. "She's usually in her school attire, or some pants and a shirt."

"Yeah, if she's in a good mood she'll wear something unique." Lilith said.

Amity looked up at her mentor. "Unique?" She repeated.

Lilith nodded. "Like pretty colors, shorts, maybe something Azura related. You never know."

The human hummed a response. "Do you think she's changed..?" Amity asked.

"Why the sudden question?" Lilith questioned.

Amity rested her head on the table, looking at her mentor. "It's because when her mom or your sister talk about her..They usually say things she used to do. She never does those in front of me." The human mumbled.

Lilith smiled. "Because of you."

"Me? Did I do something wrong..?"

The witch shook her head. "Has she told you about her past? When she was younger?"

Amity nodded. "The real one? Or the made up one?"

The human fixed her posture. "Real one..? There's two..? She told me her dad died.." Amity mumbled.

"Well, it's not true." Lilith sighed. "I'll tell you later, you should eat. Thanks kid!" The witch smiled, picking up her spoon.

Luz returned the smile, placing Amity's drink in front of her. "Make a corny pun again, next time you won't get dinner." Luz said, sticking her tounge out.

"Wha- You wouldn't starve me." Amity giggled, kicking the witches shin.

Luz flinched, her ears going down a bit. "You're such a pain." The witch huffed, taking Amity's drink.

She took a sip, putting it back down. "I go on my break later, but I'll probably be home at 10." Luz said, looking over at her aunt. "So don't expect me to answer your calls."

Lilith stuck her tounge out before taking a sip of her lemonade. Just as she did, she put it back down. "Why is it so sour..?"

"Oh woops, forgot to put the sugar in." Luz snickered.

"I didn't do anything to you!" Lilith wheezed.

"No, but you ordered for her. Considered that rude. She gets to decide what she wants to eat." Luz said, ruffling Amity's hair. "Now I gotta get back to work, I'll give you your surprise dessert later." Luz said walking back to the kitchen.

After a minute of silence, Amity spoke up. "That was a big flinch. Does it have something to do with her dad..?" Amity mumbled.

"Hey kid. Word of advice? Never mention her father. Eat, the faster you finish, the quicker you'll get your answers." Lilith said, taking a bite of her meal.

The human sighed, taking her drink. As she took a sip, Lilith spoke up. "You guys have indirect kisses in your world right?"

Amity went stiff, slowly swallowing the liquid. She put her cup back down, giving her mentor a dead stare. "Yes. We do."

"Just making sure." Lilith smiled, giving her student a smug look.

"I can't have one single moment that doesn't turn gay with you.." The human groaned.

"Ha, you should see how my sister is with Luz. 10 times worse believe me."

"Just be quiet, let me have a minute of peace at least.."

Lilith laughed, continuing to eat her dinner.
