Luz was waiting by the docks at the beach. She heard footsteps, and sighed. "She's not coming...Is she?"

"I'm sorry Luz..She's not.." Boshca mumbled.

Luz wiped her face, and burried her head in her knees. "Thanks for telling me..It's okay.."

"See you tomorrow..." Boshca said, walking off.

Luz trembled, and began to cry. 'I knew it was to good to be true. Making friends is impossible for me. I hate being me.'

Luz went home, around the time the sun began to set. And she wasn't to happy. She was mad at Willow, and at herself. Sad that Amity ripped the paper, as Luz made it from her own magic. And glad that no one but herself knew she was crying. "Hey kid, dinners on the table." Eda said, walking towards the couch.

"Thanks. I'll eat it in a bit. I need to go check something real quick." Luz said, rushing upstairs.

She went in her room, and just as she suspected, Fynn was there. No string, no letter. He pawed at the window, asking the witch to open it. Which she did. "What is it.."

He came in, and sat down. Looking up at the witch, clearly angry. "What do you want?"

He just glared at witch, not wanting to make any noises. "If she's sad, it's not my fault. It's hers.."

He tilted his head to the side in confusion. "I asked her out...But I'm assuming she didn't read the back.."

He jumped on the witches lap, and whimpered. "It's my fault for not doing it myself...And I know she's mad at me. The anger she felt when she ripped the paper I made, she probably hates me now."

He nudged her, and flew over to her desk. He looked at the things on her desk, looking for specific objects. He brought a paper, a pen, and some sewing thread back to Luz. She took it, and sighed. "I'm not going to write to her, she probably won't even read it.."

He nuzzled her, and sat down on her lap. She moved his fur back, and clicked the pen.

                   ~In Amity's room~

"Hey Fynn, welcome back.." Amity said, picking him up.

As she did, she heard the sound of paper crumbling. It was on the back of his paw. She sighed, and removed it from his leg. "It's from Luz, isn't it?"

He cooed, and nudged the paper. She crumbled the paper, and threw it on her bed. "I had a feeling you'd do that.." Luz said.

Amity jumped, and looked back at her bed. A hologram took the place of the paper. "Hey, you're probably really confused. Fynn came over, and convinced me to write to you. I knew you'd etheir rip or crumble the paper. If you're not already sitting, please do. This'll take awhile.."

Amity brought over a chair, and sat down. "Okay, I left for 2 reasons. 1. I thought you felt uncomfortable with me holding your hand for such a long period of time..2. I was planning on meeting you somewhere, but it didn't go according to plan.." Luz mumbled.

"Plan..?" Amity muttered.

"On the back of the paper you ripped, I wrote something." Luz casted a spell, bringing back the paper.

On the back, just like Luz said; something was written on it.  'Marowak vs. Pidgeotto!  Let's have a battle! I've been playing since I was 6, I bet I can beat you! Meet me at the beach, so we can grab dinner, then we'll head over to my house. –Luz'
