Flower Crowns. [72 part 2]

~During Lunch~

Amity layed down on the grass, feeling the warm sun on her back. Luz walked over to her, sitting down beside the human. "You plan on getting up any time soon?" Luz asked, opening her lunch pale.

Amity perked up, looking at the witches food. Luz glanced at her, seeing how badly the human wanted a taste. "I made you lunch you know that right? Go get yours." Luz said, opening up a container.

Amity sat up, taking Luz's unfinished pretzel stick and getting off the grass. "So where'd you put it?" Amity asked, taking a bite of the sugary treat.

Luz pointed to where their bags were, a cute pink bunny lunch pale catching Amity's eye. The human ruffled Luz's hair, rushing over to the benches. Luz huffed, fixing her hair. She moved it back, her green streak covering a bit of her right eye.

Luz grabbed her fork, stabbing a small piece of her meat. As she was about to take a bite, some one else took it for her. She groaned. "Amity. I made you a lunch. Specifically made for you. Quit stealing from me."

Amity giggled, swallowing the stolen snack. "Food always tastes better when you take it from someone. Try it sometime." The human said, sitting down beside the witch.

She opened up her cutesy lunch pale, that was actually Luz's, getting out a light blue container. Amity opened it, grabbing the Calzone. As she was about to get the first bite, a witch did it before she did. Luz booped her nose, taking one of Amity's grapes as well. "You little scamp-"

Luz snickered, putting a small treat in Amity's container. The human curiously picked it up, examining it. "What is it?" Amity asked.

"Try it." Luz said, pushing Amity's hand closer to herself.

The human put the small treat in her mouth, humming in approval. "Do you like it?" Luz asked.

Amity nodded, letting out a small purr. "It's so good~ Do you have any more?"

Luz gave Amity a handful of the small treats. "Still testing out with new flavors. I noticed you like to eat sweet things, so I wanted to make some thing for you.." Luz mumbled.

Amity perked up, looking up at the witch. The human put one in her mouth nervously, her face heating up a bit. Luz smiled slightly, moving Amity's hair back. The human let out a faint, yet noticable purr. Luz grabbed her own lunch, continuing- Beginning to eat her meal.

Amity eventually doing the same.

Luz sat down in the center of a flower bed, sitting down criss cross apple blood. She picked a flower, then another, making it in to a flower crown. She picked a rather odd flower too. Amity came over, sitting beside her. "Whatcha up to?"

Luz looked over at the human, showing her the progress she's done so far on the crown. "Woah.." Amity mumbled in slight amazement. "What type of flower is that anyways?"

This is were the witch finally snapped out of her own mind. "O-Oh..I didn't even realize which flower I picked.." Luz mumbled, putting the crown down.

"Wha- Aren't you going to finish it..?" Amity asked, putting her hand over Luz's.

The witch flinched, jumping back. Amity picked another one of the same flowers, handing it to Luz. The witch covered her face, blushing profusely. Amity tilted her head to the side a bit in confusion. "What's wrong? Are you okay..?"

Luz uncovered her face a bit. "Amity.. T-That's a Red Chrysanthemums.." The witch mumbled.

Amity was still dumbfounded. Luz took the flower cautiously, picking up the flower crown. "It has a meaning like other flowers.."

The human sat down properly, still a bit confused. "You handed me this flower. A flower that means I love you.." Luz mumbled, continuing the flower crown.

Amity went stiff, her face slowly heating up. "I-I'M SO SORRY! I-I DIDN'T KNOW!" Amity exclaimed, apologizing profusely.

Luz smiled slightly, sitting right. She picked another flower, continuing the flower crown. "It's alright. You didn't know." Luz said calmly.

Amity pulled her knees up to her chest, burrying her head in her palms. Still embarrassed. After a few minutes of silence, Luz put the flower crown on Amity's head. She got up, patting herself down. Amity looked up at her, feeling the flower crown. Luz kissed her forehead, walking off a second later.

Amity went stiff, her face getting redder and redder. 'Does this mean she likes me? Or more? No- She just wanted to calm me down- She does that to King alot too- I wish I was King- He gets kisses from her all the time-'

The human let out a loud groan, falling back on the grass. If only she knew.
