Luz dried off her hair, reminding herself to find the Band-Aids and gauze quickly. She looked at the towel, a part of it now red. She put it in the laundry basket, searching the bathroom for the Band-Aids and gauze.

She cleaned her calf again, wrapping it up in a slightly thick layer of gauze, putting Band-Aids on the small cuts, treating her bruises, and just looking at her eye. One bruised, the other probably scarred for awhile. It wasn't deep, but it did hurt. She cleaned it, putting some gauze on it.

Her bruised eye didn't hurt as much as it did earlier, it was more in the corner of her eye. The tippy top. How was she going to explain this to her friends? They'd ask lots of questions, questions she wouldn't answer. She left the bathroom, putting on a long sleeved shirt, and some comfy pants.

She walked downstairs, King jumping in her arms. "Hooty told me what happened!! Are you okay!?" He asked.

"I'm fine King. Just a little fight, doesn't hurt anymore. You ready to stuff Francois?" Luz asked, walking towards the living room.

King nodded, going on her shoulder. The twins were on the floor, seeing who could actually swallow the flavored jelly beans. Could be fruity smoothie, or barf. Buttered popcorn, or spoiled milk. Dog food or pudding! "I vote for Edric, he ate dog food for 5 snails." Eda said.

"Emira. She ate what Hooty barfed up a few days ago for a snail." Luz said, sitting down on the couch, picking up Francois.

The twins had a staring contest while they chewed on their jelly beans. Edric couldn't take it anymore, he spit out his barf flavored bean, drinking water right after. Emira snickered, sticking her tounge out, the bean was still in tact. "CHEATER!" Edric shouted.

She swallowed it like a pill, bean eaten. "I still ate it!"

Luz and Emira fist bumped, making a small explosion sound as they parted. They laughed, Edric grumbling in the background. "Alright, stop messing around. Get to bed." Camilla said. "You have lessons to get to."

"You want to cancel our training Luz? Don't want you to pass out in the middle of a fight.." Eda mumbled.

"No, it's okay. I can handle it." Luz responded, getting up. "Goodnight."

She walked up the stairs, going to her room and falling on the bed. She turned on her light, making a few light spells. She sat up right, getting paper and her pencil to write the students she tutored their homework for tomorrow.

~The next day~

The witch walked to school, taking King with her. "Remember, you can't swear." Luz scolded him.

"Yeah yeah. No swearing, I promise." King huffed.

"You're going to talk about.." Luz said, waiting for his response.

"The demons on the boiling isles..I know!"

"We'll get a cupcake for you after school okay?"

"Yeah!" King shouted, his tail wagging swiftly.

He went up on her shoulder as the witch walked inside. Getting a few stares by the students she passed. King snarled, the witches and assorted students looked away. "Thanks King.." Luz muttered, scratching his chin.

She made it to her room, her students already waiting outside. Luz took out her keys, unlocking the door. "You okay?" One asked as they walked in.

"What happened?" Another asked walking in.

"Do you need any help?"

"You should be at home resting!"

After a few minutes, everyone settled down, all in their seats. "First of all, yes, I'm okay. I just got in a small fight. It wasn't fair but at least I won." Luz said, skimming through her papers.

Suddenly, the door was kicked open. "OH MY GOBLINS LUZ!! ARE YOU OKAY!?" Boscha asked, rushing over to her.

"Imph fhhInne.." Luz muttered, just letting Boscha do her thing.

"Who did it? What happened? When did it happen?"

"Not telling you the first one, I got in a fight, and it happened yesterday!

Boscha shook the witch. "Why didn't you ask me for help you idiot!?"

"SttOopPp PllEaasEe.."

The bell rang, its' screams echoing in the halls. Boscha huffed, leaving the room. "She's weird." King said, looking at Luz.

"Yeah, she really is." The students said.
