After school the next day. Luz had picked up Dairy from Lilith's house before school started, Fynn needing to tag along as he couldn't stay without Dairy for even a second. Amity also decided to tag along, wanting to hear the vendors words about Dairy. The squad eventually found them, approaching the small travel stand.

They waited til he finished his match, scamming another player, "Well if it isn't Luz. Come for a rematch?" They asked.

Luz shook her head, letting Dairy hop on to the counter, "How big does he get exactly?"

"Eh..Deer height maybe. He was one of the stuffies that was accidentally put in with the others, so I'm not sure. I can switch him out with one that grows to deer height if you want-"

Fynn frantically chirped, scratching at the wooden counter, hissing and barking. Dairy, he was panicking. Was Luz going to replace him? Was Fynn going to find someone else to love? Was he going to be given to some two year old who would be teething and bite his ears!? Dairy scampered about, going towards Fynn, the Griffin relaxing, and preening him.

Dairy trembled, Amity putting Fynn on the counter so she wouldn't accidentally drop the heavy griffin. "I don't think they'd like that." Luz said quietly. "So should we just wait til he grows up then?"

The vendor shrugged, "You can, sure. Usually when they're fully grown it takes 9-12 months. Guess you'll wait til then."

"Alright. Thanks. Come on guys."

Dairy jumped in to Luz's arms, Fynn getting on Luz's shoulder, the witch quietly cursing as he was heckin' heavy. "Fynn- Either get off and take your boyfriend- Or I drop you-"

The Griffin landed on the ground, pawing at the floor, Luz putting Dairy down, the jackalope hopping by Amity as the human led the way down the street. Luz was behind Amity, noticing something off about the humans bag, "Amity, did we bring Licorice?"

The human shook her head, "No, it was going to be a quick trip anyways."

Luz poked Amity's bag, the backpack shuffling a bit, the human pausing, Luz unzipping her bag. Licorice poked her head out, shaking her head, and mewing, "Little stowaway." Luz smirked, pulling the kitten out, closing the bag.

Licorice got up on Luz's shoulder, sitting up properly, "Mew."

"Do you want a partner Licorice~?"

The cat hissed, shaking her head, getting off Luz's shoulder, landing on Fynn's back. She hissed at Luz again, pushing Fynn's head down and getting off him. "Guess that's a no." Amity giggled.

"Hey, we should go check up on Arin." Luz suggested. "They need to get started on training with Viney and I kinda miss them."

Amity held her hand out to Luz, the witch taking it and interlocking the fingers, Amity leading the way to school.

Arin very well missed Luz, currently on top of her while the witch was laying on her stomach on the grass. Arin had tackled her, nuzzling in to her back, the witch feeling as though she was suffocating. "Amity- Help me-" Luz groaned, trying to push herself up.

"They missed you, let them be."

"Arin- I swear to titan- PLEASE GET OFF OR I'LL DIE-"

They whined, licking her cheek, Luz relaxing her body, very well about to die from the big baby. "Arin, come here, you'll be put to the pound for murder." Amity said.

Arin got up in an instant, trotting over to Amity, Luz sighing heavily in relief as she caught her breath. "Suffocation was avoided." Luz sighed. "Success."
