Willow yelped, summoning her scroll and answering in an instant. Everyone in the class looked over at her, the witch nervously laughing. "H-Hello?""Hey Willow. Can't come in today. Netheir can Amity."
The witch adjusted her glasses, fixing her hair. "What happened?"
"Well, yesterday Amity got hurt real bad. She's fine, but I told her if she didn't cry I'd let her hug me for as long as she could.."
Willow sighed, rubbing her eye from under her glasses. "And she hasn't let go yet.."
"Exactly."
"Augh you simp.."
"Exactly- WHAT?! I'M NO SIMP!"
"Luz you're literally cuddling with Amity right now.."
The witch clicked her tounge. "Okay, but that doesn't prove anything."
Willow waved the teacher over, said teacher coming over. "I'll let you settle this with the teacher." Willow said, handing her the phone.
"Hello?"

"Okay, I'll tell Bump. Bye." She hung up, handing Willow her scroll back. "I'll be right back, you're in charge."
Willow saluted, the teacher leaving. After a few seconds of silence, the witch stood up. "Alright let's go over Luz's tutoring schedule while we wait. You're all stupid and you know it's true."
They all nodded, giving her a nervous smile.
|With Luz and Amity|
"It's been 14 hours, how have you not let me go?" Luz asked, nudging the human.
Amity grumbled, looking up at the witch. "I can do many things if I put my mind to it."
"You have a brain?"
The human pouted, about to let go of Luz. "Hey hey hey, don't do that. I want to know how long you can last, I'm sorry."
Amity pouted, looking away from the witch. "Can I at least get up?"
The human moved her arms up to wrap around Luz's neck, the witch sitting up. Amity sat in her lap, looking around the room. "Well I have assignments to grade, how am I supposed to get up?"
"Well I guess you'll have to take me with you."

"This is not what I had in mind Amity.." Luz growled, managing to get downstairs.
The human giggled, the Roc rolling her eyes. Her right wing was over Amity, technically holding her up. The human was nuzzling in to her feathery poofy chest, liking the warmth. "Lilith isn't home.." Luz cooed.
Amity hummed, Luz turning back. They were doing this, how do I say it.. Well basically the legs around waist hug, you know? Luz went in to the kitchen with the human, letting her sit on the chair. "Gosh you really don't want to let go huh Amity?"
The human shook her head, looking around in the kitchen. "Are you going to make breakfast? Err- Brunch?"
Luz nodded, wanting to tell the human to let go. "I know I didn't make an oath and could just force you to let go, but you did behave. Get on my back yeah?"
After awhile, Luz had gotten Brunch started. It wasn't a difficult meal, but it was intricate. Kinda. Luz flipped the egg up in the air, Amity ooing. "That was so cool! Do it again!"
"Flipity Flip." Luz muttered, flipping the egg in the air once more.
Amity awhed, resting her head on Luz's. "It's a simple thing I do in the kitchen, it isn't impressive."
"I can't do it, I'm pretty sure my Dad can't even boil water etheir."
Like clockwork, her phone rang, her father begging for a face time. Amity switched it to a call, answering the phone. "Hey dad! I can't FaceTime right now, what's up?"
"Nothing much, just wanted to check up on you again! Your mom sent me an email, saying she wanted to see you and know how you're doing." Alador said.
Amity ohed, moving Luz's hair back. "Nyeh..You're going to poke my eye out..Watch where you're touching.." Luz muttered, wiping her nose.
Alador gasped over the phone, Amity sighing. "Yes dad, it's Luz. She's cooking right now."
"She can cook? You have to bring her back-"
"I would, but she's not the fun type." Amity giggled, ruffling the witches hair.
"Come on Luzzy~ Come back to my house and teach me to cook for Amity~ Parent to parent."
Luz fixed her hair, turning off the stove. "Gosh how could I reject such an offer. But I look rather..Odd. I'm certain you wouldn't someone of my kind over."
Alador laughed. "What are you a witch or something?"
Both girls went stiff, Amity letting go of Luz in an instant. "I didn't tell him I swear to Titan!" Amity whisper shouted.
Luz turned around, running her hand through her hair. "Well how else would he have guessed so perfectly? He can't know about our world! He'll freak out!" Luz whisper shouted back, taking the phone. "What if I am?"
Amity smacked behind Luz's head, the witch clicking her tounge. "Well if you make Amity happy I wouldn't mind if you were a vampire!"
"I- Really?" Luz asked, slightly baffled.
"Sure, now can we have that FaceTime? I want to see how my daughters doing!"
Luz looked back at Amity, the human shrugging nervously. "Uh sure give us a minute-" Luz blurted out, handing Amity her phone back. "I panicked! I'm sorry!"
The human took her meal, rushing upstairs in to her room. Fynn shot up when the human literally kicked the door open, the Griffin chirping in a panicked manor. He hid on the opposite side of Dairy, the jackalope being a stuffy at the moment. Amity fixed her messy hair, quickly doing her bed and opening up her blinds.
Fynn had gotten a bit to comfortable with Dairy last night. There were feathers everywhere! The pillow fight was crazy! Amity kinda wished she could've been there to see it. Luz came in too, Licorice on her shoulder awake and alert. "No no no! Not you! We're not sure if he's telling the truth or not!"
Luz pouted, her ears going down. Licorice pat her shoulder, going over to Amity as the human set up the FaceTime. "H-Hey dad!"
To be continued.
