Sneak, don't expose! [Part 3]

"Why is she staring at me?" Luz asked, fixing her hair.

"She thinks you're cut-"

Amity put her hand over Boscha's mouth. "J-Just curious! Aren't you only supposed to have one color?" Amity said signaling to her uniform.

"Oh, right...I study every thing. Etheir for extra credit, or just for fun. I actually used the tutoring students as an excuse. I don't like showing off, I leave that to Willow."

"What's your main class?" Amity asked.

"Beast Keeping, I like to hang out with the animals..They keep me company.."

"Don't you have other friends?" Amity said, sounding kind of sad, and removing her hand from Boscha's mouth.

"As a 'favorite', everyone hates that type of person. So I only hang out with Agustus, Willow, Boscha, and sometimes Skara." Luz replied. "Keep a low profile.. Amity. Now, I need to get going."

Amity waved at Luz as she left. "She said my name!" Amity whisper shouted. "She's so.." Amity dreamily sighed and sunk back into the soil.

"You're helpless, honestly." Boscha laughed, pushing the cart.

~Later~

Amity ate her snack during Boscha's second to last class. She hasn't been caught, only by Skara and Luz. Maybe Willow, but that's not stopping her. "Amity, cut it out. You're attracting attention." Boscha said, kicking the pot.

Amity huffed, and wrapped the brownie in it's original casing. "May we talk to Boscha?" Principle Bump asked.

Boscha swallowed the lump in her throat. "And bring your plantbomination." He said walking out of the class.

She pulled the cart, and followed the principal. "Willow says, your plantbomination is speaking by itself."

"No sir, it's not.."

"Mhm...Can we inspect it?"

"Y-Yes sir.."

Amity whimpered in fear, and sunk deeper into the soil. "Call it out dear."

"Plantbomination..Rise.."

Amity slowly came out, thankfully still green. "Plantbomination...Bow.."

Amity bowed, and stayed down. "What now sir..?"

"Plantbomination, say something."

"My creator is amazinggg."

"What does it consist of?" Principal Bump asked.

"I-I have the list right here-"

"You wouldn't mind me dissecting it, do you?"

"I-I do mind sir..-"

"It was a rhetorical question." He said, shooting a devilish look at her.

Amity swallowed the lump in her throat. "S-Sorry sir.." Boscha muttered.

"Plantbomination, lay down on the table."

She got out of the pot and layed down on the table. "Exquisite.." He said, taking out a little knife.

Then the door was burst open. "Excuse me sir, your assistance is required." Luz said, coming in the room.

Boscha sighed in relief. "Where?" Bump asked.

"The Oracle class, a student has cursed themselves. And the teacher requires your help." Luz said, bowing.

He left the room, and closed the door. "I cursed the student if you were wondering. It's not that bad, just hard to get rid of." Luz said walking over to Amity. "I thought I told you to stay out of trouble."

"Apparently I'm 'exquisite." Amity said, sitting up.

"You need to get out of here." Boscha said.

"What? But the days not over yet!"

Luz grabbed Amity's hand and pulled her towards the window. "Escape while you still can, we'll stall while you get away." Luz said, pulling up the window.

"Can I come tomorrow..?" Amity mumbled.

"No, you can't." Luz said, letting Amity's hand go.

"Am I still going to be green..?"

"Unfortunately yes..Until tonight."

"Oh no...My mentor is going to be so mad!!" Amity said, freaking out.

"Go to the Owl House tell the door you know me, I'll help you get rid of it. Now go! Before he comes back-"

"Busted~" Willow said in a sassy tone.

Luz casted a spell on Amity, no one but the caster knew. "Okay, you need to go now." Luz said, pushing Amity towards the window.

Amity jumped out, and landed perfectly fine. Now matter how much Amity wanted to go help, her body wouldn't let her take control. Her body led her to a secluded area. With a nice old house. "Well hello little lady, what are youuu doing out here?" Hooty asked.

"I...Luz did something to me? I don't know, and my body's not responding to me! And I'm kind of freaking out right now-"

"Come on in Little Lady." Hooty said, opening the door. "Sit down on that couch right over there. Hoot!"

Amity cautiously went in, and sat down on said couch. A little monster approached her. "Weh."

"Weh?"

He jumped up on her lap, and curled up into a ball. She just stroked his fur, not knowing what she should do. So she waited. Waited for Luz to come home.
