Luz checked the 14 rooms Lilith made on her way back. She was barely on the 9th room, fixing the electrical system. She's been working for 9 hours maybe? "Check if that did it Fray." Luz muttered, putting the tools back.

The lights in the room turned on, at least the ones that Luz wanted on. "Add a few more lightbulbs to the list Jazz." The witch sighed, closing the panel.

"Next room? Or are you going to take a break?" Both robots asked Jazz's voice overpowering Friday's.

"One more, then a break." Luz said, opening the door, going to the next room.

"Intruder- Amity Blight has entered the premises." Friday said, continuing for Jazz. "Good morning Ms.Blight." Friday said.

"Morning?" Luz asked, perking up.

The human coughed, staggering towards the witch. "W-Where..?-" Amity covered her mouth as she coughed again.

"Hey, relax." Luz muttered, grabbing ahold of Amity's waist. "I got you, what's wrong?"

"W-Why aren't you at school..? L-Lilith's worried sick.." The human exclaimed.

"You asked your question, now it's my turn to ask. Why aren't you wearing any shoes? You'll get even more sick. And how did you see the keypad? It's invisible."

"I was worried too..And the door just opened when I neared the swing.." Amity muttered, faltering back.

Luz scooped her up, the human nuzzling in to her chest. She took Amity to a random room that had a door open, and placed her on the bed. "What time is is Jazz?"

"8:43 am." They responded.

"School starts in 17 minutes- Is my extra stuff here?" Luz asked, standing up.

"You're lucky I brought it with me!" Jazz exclaimed, Luz's bag dropping in front of the witch.

"Do you want to come? You're sick- Maybe you shouldn't- Where's Lilith?"

"S-She went to go look for you since you didn't come back in the morning.." Amity coughed.

"Jazz, I need you to take care of Amity. Did Lilith perhaps connect this place to school too?" Luz asked, hoping they would say yes.

"No, but she got close. Just a 4 minute run if you get there!" They said. "We'll take care of her for you, I'll call Lilith in later." Jazz said, two beeps echoing in the room.

Luz grabbed her stuff. "I'll be back later today." The witch said, taking something off her wrist and handing it to Amity. "Call me if you need anything okay?"

Amity took the object, putting on the bracelet like watch. "Okay.."

The witch hugged the human before running out and taking the path to school. "Jazz is a they if you didn't know." Friday said.

"Thanks Fray..I know.." Amity mumbled, looking at the screen.

Luz made it to class just before the bell rang. "Thought something happened to you." Willow teased.

"Don't get your leggings in a bunch witch." Luz huffed, sitting beside her.

"Luz Noceda, you have disrupted the class during roll call. What gives you the need to do so?" The bomination teacher asked.

"My friend-"

"Girlfriend *cough cough*" Willow muttered

"My friend. Got sick and I had to care for her and ended up staying up most of the night fixing my place. And I didn't realize how fast the time went by, sorry." Luz muttered, kicking Willow's shin from under the desk.

"You will be the first to try out our new lesson. Thank you for volunteering."

Luz sat back down, slamming her head down on the table. "Fastest time, 2 minutes and 29 seconds." The teacher said, tossing Luz the first aid kit.

She had to fight the teachers bomination. In under 5 minutes. Luz opened the kit, taking out the alcohol prep pads and some gauze. "Need help?" Willow asked.

Luz nodded, sighing heavily.

~During 5th period~

The witches bomination took notes with it's creator, both struggling to keep up with the substitute. Even the students were struggling. "And that's how you-"

Luz's bracelet gave off a ringtone, something classical you know? Like beethoven. She laughed sheepishly, looking up at the substitute. "Can I?-"

"Fine." The sub huffed.

The witch went in to the hall, answering the incoming call. "Luz Noceda, who is it?-"

"It's Jazz! The human ran out! She's going to the school! She put on her shoes and a jacket, but she's still in her pajamas! She said she wanted to go see you and now your Aunt's trying to go with her!"

"When did she leave?" Luz sighed.

"Maybe 10 minutes ago–"

"Alright, I'll go look for her." Luz muttered, making an illusion.

She made an illusion of herself, it going in the class and sitting back down. It continued taking notes, Luz's bomination did as well. The witch ran out of the school, going to look for the human. "Amity? Amity!!" Luz called out.

She heard a faint panting, so she went in that direction. She spotted the human, looking like she was about to pass out. Luz ran towards her, Amity staggering back. The witch caught the human before she fell back and hit the floor. "You idiot.." Luz mumbled, sighing in relief.

"Who's the idiot you dumb witch..?" Amity laughed weakly.

Luz picked her up, putting the human on her back. "You came all this way for me, unbelievable." The witch laughed.

"I wanted to see you..." Amity smiled.

"Come on, I'll take you home.."
