Saturday morning, Luz's regular routine. Except, this weekend is going to be different. 'Jingle Jingle' The witch calmed a bit a the sound of the bell. She sighed, continuing to open up letters. Amity was unwrapping the presents Luz received, putting all the objects in a box.One of these caught the humans eye. A heart shaped chocolate box. "Burn those. I don't even read the love notes." Luz said, putting the 19th check in a bigger envelope.
Amity opened the letter, reading what it said. Just a bunch of reasons why Luz should go out with this person and what not. Amity ripped the letter, making a small pile. She kept the chocolates, putting them in a separate pile as well. After about half an hour, Luz finished her half.
She got up, taking the envelope and her bag. Camilla walked over to her daughter, handing her a note. "Bring an extra lemon. Need to spice up the shrimp tonight."
Luz nodded, going to the door. Hooty opened it for her. "Bring some mice hoot!"
The witch pet the tube. "I'll bring you a cupcake okay?" Luz said, looking down at King.
The demon nodded, his tail wagging. "I'll be back later!" Luz exclaimed.
Emira and Edric rushed downstairs. "Dad's coming in the afternoon to pick us up. So don't miss us to much okay cuz?" They said in unison.
"Like I've ever missed you two." Luz scoffed.
They stuck their tounges out, nudging the hybrid. They all laughed, Luz finally leaving. "We'll finish this, you go with Luz." Camilla said.
The human nodded, standing up. She grabbed her bag, rushing after Luz.

Shopping done, taking it home also done. Exchanging has been done, taking it back home also done. Everything is basically finished, but Amity still wouldn't leave the witch alone. "You're not going home?"
"Nope."
Luz had tried every way possible to ditch the human, switching forms and flying or running away. Turning corners, purposely getting the human lost. But she'd always end up finding her. "Woah what is that–"
The witch looked at what the human was referring to. A small little stand with a few people standing in front of it. Watching the person running the stand beat the witch. Luz nudged her towards it, the human going over. She watched them place down cards, eventually the owner of the stand winning.
They snickered, taking the two snails. "Better luck next time! But you can never beat the master!"
Amity looked at the prizes they gave off if you won. A really big teddy bear, small jackalope stuffies, a bunny hoodie, bear hoodie, and an otter onesie. "My turn." Luz said, sliding over 2 snails.
The vendor smirked. "I've heard of you. You're pretty good. But let's see if you can beat me."
They handed Luz a few cards, the witch taking 'em. "You start." Luz said.
The vendor began the first play, match has begun.

Just as everyone thought Luz was going to win, the vendor struck down a wild card. Luz smirked. "You cheated." Our witch said, placing down her wild card. "Only one wild card, and mines is very real."
A small firework show lit up with Luz's name on it, the witch standing up, and patting herself down. "Nice game though."
"Yeah, good game." They smiled slightly. "Go on and pick a prize."
Luz looked over at Amity, who was staring at the bunny stuffies. "Pick one." Luz mumbled.
"The jackalope stuffie.."
The vendor handed it to the human who squeezed it tightly. 'Poof' It turned in to an actual jackalope, the animal very excited. "Woah!" The human exclaimed.
Luz gave the vendor a questioning look. "It's a spell. It'll wear off in soon. You don't need to feed it if you don't want to. It does grow up normally though."
Amity moved its fur back, feeling it's antlers. "Spencer– No..Ehm..Felix..?"
The human thought about it, the jackalope sneezing. "Dairy.." Luz mumbled.
The jackalope perked up, it's little cotton ball tail wagging swiftly. "When does it turn?" Luz asked.
The vendor shrugged. "Strong emotions usually work. Or just very tight squeezing snaps it out of it's slumber stage."
Luz nodded, beginning to walk off. Amity rushed after her, putting the jackalope on her head. It spread out, looking like a white hat with antlers. The human stood beside the witch, trying to keep up with her. "How did you know it would like the name Dairy?"
Luz glared at her. "Listen, you've been following me around all day. Isn't there something else you could do without me?"
Amity facepalmed. "You're the one that said you wouldn't let me go anywhere alone!"
Luz took out her scroll, handing it to the human. Amity stuck her tounge out, calling Boscha. The witch answered. "Hello?"
"Hey Boscha! Want to hang out today?"
"I'm with Willow right now, do you– W-Willow cut that out!" They could hear Boscha's giggles over the phone.
After a few seconds, another witch answered. "Hey human– What? Oh for goblins sake– Hey Amity.."
The human snickered. "Hey Willow, what are you up to?"
"We're at the seaside right now, if you want you can come over. Tell Luz she better come."
Amity looked at the witch. "Do you want to tell her yourself?"
Willow agreed, so the human handed Luz her scroll back. "What is it?"
"You better come dweeb, or I'll expose your secrets." Willow threatend.
Luz scoffed. "What secrets? I'm guilt free."
"Luz Luz Luz..What about the human–"
The witch hung up, putting her scroll away. "I'll go get Fynn.." She scowled.
To be continued.
