[73 part 3]

"Luz..Please wake up..Please..Just get up and say something.." Amity begged, nudging the witch on the ground.

Beside the witch layed a crumbled cupcake.

               ~A few minutes prior~

"Alright Amity, we have to go. I want to go get something from the bakery." Luz said, shaking the human.

She groaned, getting up slowly. She rubbed her eye, yawning a second later. "Five more minutes..?"

"Well it closes in 20. And it's a far walk." Luz said. "But if you want to go back to sleep, it's okay. I can go tommorow." The witch said, relaxing.

Amity got up. "No no..You always do this..You never care about yourself, let's get going.."

Luz pulled her back down. "I can go tomorrow Amity. It's okay. Go back to sleep if you're tired–"

The human got off the witch, pulling her up. "Great you're up! Let's get going!" Amity said cheerfully, picking up Dairy.

Luz smiled slightly, picking up Fynn. They walked to the parks exit, going down to Grim Street. Thankfully they made it at least 10 minutes before it closed. Luz already knew what she wanted, sadly, Amity did not. Luz pointed to the same red velvet cupcake from last time, Mr.Park putting it in a small box.

Fynn and Dairy knew what they wanted too, which only made Amity panic a bit more. Fynn got a jackalope cupcake, Dairy getting a Griffin one. They weren't going to eat them til later, because they wanted Amity to be included too. "It's alright, take your time. We're not rushing you." Luz said, putting her hand on Amity's shoulder.

The human calmed down, continuing to figure out what she could get. There are endless possibilities of things she could get. "Okay, how about this. What's your favorite color?" Luz asked.

Amity, slightly baffled, looked at the witch. "Yellow..?"

"Favorite season?"

The human thought about it for a second. "I like winter better then the rest!"

"Favorite ice cream flavor?"

"Mm..I liked the ice cream we tried a few days ago!"

"Okay, what about your favorite animal?"

"Maybe an enfield– Or a Calopus! Those are so cool!"

Luz nudged the human. "They're all so cool to you."

Amity giggled, nudging the witch back. Luz looked at the cupcakes, pointing at the one she thought Amity would like best. Which is why Luz asked her all these questions. It looked like a red velvet cupcake, but it was actually cherry flavored. It had a light blue frosting, with some little spikes on top.

Mr.Park took it and put it in the box too. "Which one did King get last time?" Luz asked.

"Got the maple one..With the green frosting and the little lighter green leaves on top.."

Luz hummed a response, pointing to a lemon flavored one. It had a cute little leaf like top to represent the stem, with a line through the middle to give it a bit more detail. Mr.Park put it in the container with the rest, closing the box. He handed Amity the box, each of them saying their goodnights and the girls leaving.

Luz opened the door, letting the human go first. The witch followed, closing the door lightly behind her. Fynn flew over Amity, grabbing Dairy and flying ahead. They kept on walking straight ahead, just following the street. Luz tapped Amity's right shoulder, the human looking over it.

The witch opened the box, taking her cupcake out. Amity let out a playful scoff, nudging the witch. Luz snickered, falling behind a bit. She took one of the sugary balls, putting it in her mouth. Her ears perked up as she heard faint movement from behind. She turned around, a hooded stranger tackling her.

She dropped her cupcake, attempting to keep them off of her. Amity had turned the corner, not realizing Luz was left behind. They pulled something from their person, putting it over Luz's chest. She kicked them off, scrambling to get up. She felt a sharp pain on her back, staggering back down. "A-Amity.." Luz mumbled.

The human had finally noticed the witch she cared about going missing. The person perked up, looking back. Mr.Park was leaving his store, closing it. He spotted the little son of a Belos, shouting at him. Amity came back from the corner, rushing to be beside the witch. Mr.Park rushed over, grabbing the witchy person.

Amity nudged the witch gently, seeing if she would respond in any way. "Luz..Please wake up..Please..Just get up and say something.." Amity begged, her voice being cut off by tears.

The witch remained silent, Mr.Park getting on the phone with the guards. Fynn landed beside Luz, nudging her gently. He cooed quietly, Dairy coming back to life. He hopped to the opposite side of Luz's head, nudging her too. Fynn cooed again, getting no response from Luz. He choked up, laying down slowly.

The Griffin began crying, burrying his beak in his paws. Dairy nuzzled Fynn, Amity running her hand through Luz's hair slowly. She began shaking, bursting out in to tears. The witch not moving an inch..
