"Headache.." Luz groaned as she sat up, snarling quietly. "Ugh.."

The witch ran her hand through her hair, fluffing it up a bit before she yawned, covering her mouth instead. She looked down to her right, patting Amity's head. "..I wasn't hallucinating yesterday..Was I?"

Luz got out of bed, stretching out as she walked towards her bag, opening it up. She gathered her clothes, going to the in room washroom, turning on the light. She looked at the clock across from the mirror, sighing, "Four in the morning..I'll have to be quick.."

When Luz finished her shower, she ruffled her hair with her towel as she exited the washroom, looking over at Amity. "What--" Luz dropped her towel, looking around the room. "Amity--"

"Closet--"

Luz looked at the closet, rushing over and sliding open the doors, "Oh my-"

Amity's fluffy ears fell back, the human nervously smiling up at Luz, "I don't know what happened-- I-I noticed you got up and put my hand over my head--" Amity held out her her claw. "Not a hand-"

Luz knelt down, pulling Amity out of the closet a bit, moving her hair back. "Ah-"

"Let me guess-- My eyes changed--"

"Well-- They're pretty--" Luz sat, pulling Amity in to her lap. "Nice pretty green-"

Amity trembled, Luz hushing her, caressing her cheek. "Do I look weird..?"

Luz shook her head violently, "No no! To me Amity, you'll always look beautiful. Right now, you're just, not human! Which I kind of prefer- Humans are kinda weak and scar easily-" Luz poked Amity's side. "But you're still my Amity, so nothing's changed."

Amity shivered, a little thump ensuing behind her. She felt behind herself, her ears drooping down, "I should've guessed this was coming.." Amity uttered.

Luz pulled Amity closer, looking over her shoulder, "Oh." Luz felt Amity's tail. "Oh!! It's fluffy!"

Amity hit Luz's hand away, the witch drawing back, hissing quietly. "No touch."

Luz mocked her quietly, examining Amity's tail, "It's an enfield's."

"Excuse me-"

"You have an enfield's tail." Luz hummed quietly. "Explains alot. Do you perhaps, have maybugs here?"

Amity paused, "I..Don't know.."

Luz kissed Amity's head, "By the way, I'm not sure if I dreamt or not, but I want to tell you something very important."

"..If you say what I think you're going to say you better fix this after--"

Luz paused. "So am I going to be allowed to say it first or--"

"Say it."

"..I'm scared to now?-"

"Luz Clawthorne Noceda. Say it before I rip you to shreds--"

The witch hesitated, clearing her throat nervously, "I..I love you Amity, and I wish I could've told you somewhere more romantic.."

Amity grabbed her tail before she knew it would wag, nodding slowly, "What else?" Amity pried.

"Uhm..I'd like to take you out on a date but I don't know anywhere nice im the human realm..I'm sorry to disappoint you Amity.."

Amity awhed quietly, cupping Luz's face, "You didn't disappoint Luz," Amity kissed her head, moving her hair back. "You're probably all I've ever wanted and more."

"Awh-" Luz cooed, her voice cracking. "My heart- I knew loving you was a good idea-"

Amity cupped Luz's cheek, pressing up against the witch. Luz's face heated right up, beginning to purr. Amity pulled back and giggled, the witch whining quietly, "Don't be upset Luz~ Your purrs are so cute!!" Amity's tail began to wag. "And so are you, so no harm done."

The witch dreamily sighed, leaning in to Amity's palm, purring quietly. "I love you so much~"

Amity glanced away as her face heated up, Luz awing at the human, "So adorable~"

"Are you going to help me or not..?"

Luz flinched, "Yes right-- Uh- Maybug- Let's go-"

Nothing happened while the two went to find maybugs, Amity having swallowed it and turned back to a full human. "Alador Blight, please allow me to date your daughter." Luz said firmly.

Odalia squealed, fanning herself and looking at Alador. "Honey- Say yes- Say it now!"

"No." Alador uttered.

Odalia gasped, "No!?"

"No!"

Luz rose a brow, "But you've been trying to set me up for Amity my entire stay--"

"You've taken my daughter from me."

Luz paused, "That is the point.."

"I mean you know her more than me now!" Alador exclaimed.

"Oh yes." Luz nodded. "Because it's obvious I love her more."

Alador gasped, Odalia snorting quietly, covering her mouth. "I'm sorry-" Odalia wheezed, stumbling to the living room. "I'll listen from afar-"

Luz narrowed her eyes at Alador, the older human leaning against the kitchen counter. "You, me, test." Alador pointed to the table. "Now."

The witch sat, Alador sitting across from her. "Honey, can you come down?" Alador called out.

Silence. "Cariño, can you come here real quick?" Luz called up.

The door opened, Amity coming down the stairs, standing by Luz. "Yeah?"

Luz smirked, Alador managing a low snarl, glaring at Luz. "Your father wants to have a test, to see which one of us loves you more."

"You do Luz." Amity spoke, then she saddened. "You do right-?"

"I do care about you more than I have anything Amity, but your father wants to make sure." Luz said softly. "Care to help us out?"

Amity nodded, "Let me go find my buttons re--"

"Here." Odalia placed two buttons down, one in front of Alador, the other in front of Luz. "I'll keep tally."

Amity paused, then quietly thanked her mother, Odalia placing a paper and pen down. "Right..Uhm.." Amity clapped. "First question--"
