Shiggy's POV

I woke up in the cold again. It bit my skin and especially my eyes. The cold hurt in my entire body making me unable to move for a while, it also burned in my lungs. I just laid my eyes inspecting my surroundings, but no trace of Machia. 'He must be asleep, hopefully.' I listened to the sounds around me, the whispering of the wind and leaves. I made me calm, a little silence on this battlefield

But I needed to get up. I need to move and warm up, prepare for an attack from him. I finally got up after I struggled to move, the cold making everything harder especially to move. My lips were dry and even more messed up from the cold, just like my hands. The overall condition of my skin was horrible, the wrinkles, the broken parts, everything.

I looked around leaned against the tree I slept under. I held my head for a second as I felt a small pain which reminded me that I haven't consumed anything for 2 days...or was it 3. I couldn't remember. The fighting, hiding, sleep deprivation, my whole sense of time and reality was mashed into a gray mass. 'I need to find the other to perhaps get a small bite before it starts again.'

So I looked around and went back to where I lost them yesterday, right? 'I lost them in the fight...They were just gone...I need to find them, hopefully alive.' I stopped at a bush and grouched down, I looked around my hiding place checking if someone was there. Luckily or perhaps sadly I saw no one.

So my search continued. Hiding behind everything until I was sure it's save, holding my breath even if it's just the wind. Every little sound made me jump and prepare for an attack. It was exhausting to be the whole time on edge. My eyes looked around finally spotting something that looks like a part of Mr. Compress' destroyed arm. I checked if it was save to go and after a second of silence finally revealed myself.

'Like a stealth mission in real life.' I thought as I went on my knees to inspect the object. The piece looked like screw, a bigger one covered in dirt and rust. 'I'll get him some stainless steal shit when we're finished with Machia.' I noted mentally. It made me sure that this belonged to the magician. 'They might be around here.' I packed the small piece of metal in my coat pocket as I got up.

I looked around and wandered in the direction of a bush with broken branches and muddy footprints. As I was on the other side of the bush I saw a small camp. Or better the League -without Dabs- rolled together with a small campfire and using their jackets as blankets kind of camp. I walked closer to them inspecting the area so I don't accidentally run into a trap.

I crouched down to Toga and smacked her check lightly "Wake up!" I demanded. She shrug at the sudden move and backed away half asleep until she noticed it was me "Tommy?" The girl yawned stretching her arms. I nodded "How's the situation?" I asked looking at the others who now woke up too. Toga rubbed her eyes and responded tiredly almost yawning "Well...we had some difficulties and then decided to camp here and look for you or wait for you to come."

I sighed and looked up "Well I did do that, but we have to check the time." I focused at Mr. Compress looking up the time. "He will be present in 17 minutes, so we are rather lucky you woke us up Tomura." He spoke and then put the phone back in his pocket. "Alright, pack your shit, we'll try to get some distance in 5 minutes." I ordered and got up.

I checked the surroundings by walking around the camp looking for the best way to get some distance with an advantage. I figured that we go on a small hill since it would be easier to spot Machia if he comes. On it were still trees so we had places to hide for like 3 seconds. That is the time he needs to find one of us. 'He's like a broken guard dog character in a game.' I huffed annoyed.

I decided it would be best to walk back to the others so that we can all go there. When I arrived at the camp I was surprised that they had already packed everything and were ready. "Good," I spoke getting their attention, "we'll go to the small hill at first to get some distance and shit." The other's nodded understanding and followed their Leader.
