It gets better it always does

Lizzie's POV

I woke up and I couldn't help but smile, everything is getting better, I now see more possibilities to have Y/N back with me. I didn't expect her to apologize with me, I mean yeah the things she told me hurt a little but I cheated on her even if it was just to help Robbie, I think I did choose him over my relationship with Y/N. Anyways that's now in the past, we need to live the present and maybe plan a future together

I took a shower, and I can't decide what to wear I mean she is just next door and I assume we will have breakfast together, I want her to think I look good, well she always used to said I look beautiful with whatever I wear, I think I don't have to worry about my outfit I'm sure she will like it anyways

I got out of my room and knocked on Y/N's room, I got no response so I knocked again a little bit harder, maybe she is on the shower "Y/N I hope you are decent I will come in" I warned before letting myself in, her bed is done, the bathroom's door is open and I don't hear water running, where is she? I was going to leave but I decided to stay a little and wander around her things, she just brought a little bag, she didn't unpack so I don't know for how long she will stay. I decided to leave not wanting to invade her privacy

I went to Ashley's room and entered without knocking, she is getting ready "What it's wrong with you? Don't you know how to knock?" She complained as I let myself fall on her bed "Do you know where is Y/N?" I asked her "I suppose she is on her room" she said and I sighed "She is not there I entered and she wasn't there" I told her. She walked and sat on her bed "Did you two talk?" She asked and I couldn't help but smile "I will take that as a yes" she said "We did, and I think we are progressing so much, we talked like we used to talk and she even apologized for being mean with me, I know she was a little mean but I think I deserved it" I told her "No one deserves being treated bad, and yeah you fucked up but she had to understand that she was not the only one who was suffering" she said and I stand up

I looked at her confused "Yeah but if it wasn't for me we would have been together, so I am not mad with her I'm actually proud she thinks on herself for once, maybe you don't know her as I do but she tends to put everyone first and don't care about herself so I'm proud that she finally is concentrating on herself" I explained to her "Maybe you are right but you were suffering too Lizzie and she being mean didn't help at all" she said "Ashley did you tell her this?" I asked her and she nods "What! You know you could have ruined everything" I told her a little mad "Hey you can't get mad at me, she didn't get mad at me when I told her that, she admitted that she feels a little bit bad because she was only concentrating on herself and she was hurting you" she explained

She is right I can't get mad at her I mean thanks to her and MK, and I think my mom had something to be on this, I could talk properly with her "You are right but please stop making her feel bad with herself I am afraid she will stop to put herself first, and thank you for making her come here, how did you guys convince her to come?" I asked her "I won't make her feel bad with herself and I never wanted that I just wanted her to know that I don't want either of you being more hurt, and that she was being a little bit mean with you, and that I know that you might deserve it but that you regretted what you did" she said and I nod "So how did you convince her?" I asked her again

MK entered the room "Hey have you two seen Y/N?" She asked "I was looking for her too but I don't know where she is" I told her and she hummed "Now that the two of you are here, please tell me how did you convince her to come?" I asked the two of them "We didn't have to do much" MK said and Ashley shook her head "We just asked for her help, we need her for a photo shoot so she said she will come, of course she didn't know that you or mom were going to be here" Ashley explained and that makes sense "So you planned all of that" I clarified and they shook their head "We talked with mom about Y/N coming to the city, we asked her if she wanted to see her, because she was asking a lot about her because you didn't tell her that much about her, so she agreed but then she told us her idea and we liked it" MK explained, of course my mom planned this
