"Admit it, you love him. You are in love with Jeon Jungkook."
Sierra crossed her arms, leaning on the wall. They were all here, and all Lisa said was why Jungkook talked to another girl. The force had assembled once again. Mr. and Mrs. Manoban were more than shocked to see the four girls together once more.
Lisa sniffled, sitting in between Jisoo and Chaeyoung. Neither of them could bear to see their Lisa in such distress. It was heart wrenching. Jennie poked Sierra gently enough, murmuring,
"Sierra, it's not the time..."
"The time is either now or never, Unnie. Every second is worth more than diamonds nowadays for us. Lil, do you love Jungkook?"
"No?"
Lisa sniffed. In a continuous battle within herself. A push and pull. She doesn't love Jungkook. Jungkook is off limits. Jungkook is everything she's not.
"Then why are you crying if he likes another girl?"
"Be-because... Everyone... Everyone knows that we a-a-are together."
"Well, he gave you the option to end the charade, as well. And blame it on him that he cheated. You have to end it someday or the other Lil. So, the sooner the better."
"HOW THE FUCK WOULD YOU GET MY EMOTIONS? HUH! YOU HAVE IT SO MUCH EASIER! YOU JUST HAVE TO PLAY YOUR LOVER'S LOVE INTEREST, YOUR MOTHER THAT HAD ALREADY ABANDONED YOU JUST CLARIFIED IT. LOOK AT US! LOOK AT WHAT WE ARE GOING THROUGH! ROSIE HAS LOST HER SISTER, JISOO ONNI HAS LOST HER HOME AND JENNIE ONNI HAS LOST HER PROPORTIONS!"
Sierra gasped, Lisa has gotten way too harsh. Palms clasped on her chest. Tears trickling on the surface of her feline eyes.
"Lil, how could you? How could you bring that up? You were the person I ran to, when my mother abandoned me. And you brought that up? Nothing is ever easier for me. My mother yelled and abandoned me in front of the whole school. If that's not traumatic, tell me what is. It's hard for me to go through 3 part time jobs, manage classes, follow my dreams and fix my expressions and dialogue delivery all in 24 hours time frame. This curse has been on the verge of taking my dream from me. I am fucking colourblind, you guys! I'm not having it easier Lalisa. It stubs. It wounds me as well."
Sierra buried her well sculpted face in her palms. Sobbing and shaking slightly. Jennie went to sidehug her, but she moved slightly, her voice breaking,
"Unnie, Lil, Young, I'm sorry. I'm sorry that all of this is happening because of me. I can't go on like this as well. I'm sorry for ruining your lives. I-I-I..."
"Cut the crap, Ra. It's none of our fucking fault. We all played that motherfucking game on our own will. We went in that arcade because we wanted to..."
Before Jennie could wrap her arms around Sierra, she abruptly got up. Walking towards the door, wiping of her tears with her shaky hands,
"I gotta-ta go... I-I-I have a-a-an extra s-sh-shift. Annyeong."
Sierra took a deep breath. Her voice needs to sound normal for Taehyung. He can't find out how weak she is. Crying over nothing. He already has a lot on his plate. Sierra doesn't want to add to it.
Rubbing her eyes and picking up the call. With her most cheerful voice she went,
"Hi, love."
"Was your day too tiring? Did you have your meals? Do you feel duzzy or cold? Are you alright? Please tell me you are."
She chuckled, gulping down all her sad moments. His voice laced in worry, care and love. Her elbows on the small, dimly, lit table. All the stress from the bookshop duties and her personal life brushed off just by his voice. She hummed,
"I'm absolutely okay, darling. Just a bit tired from sitting around for so long. Good thing my shift's going to end in fifteen minutes or so. I really wanna eat Rabboki and some choco milk and some, you know, just some honey butter chips."
"I already have the choco milk with me, madame. Just peek out of the window, you're sitting next to."
Sierra's eyes widened and her pistured straightened. Peeping out of the window, her eyes met a familiar silhouette. Waving his hands excitedly, standing right under the streetlight. The neon light hitting his sharp features intricately. But again his boxy smile softened it all down to a pool of adorableness. She giggled, blush creeping up her cheeks, murmuring,
"How cute."
"You're cuter, sweetie."
She thought she would disturb the peace of this quiet library by her giggles. Who cares? At that very moment, she wasn't in herself. An ethereal feeling around her kept her tucked away from all the world. She placed her hand on the glass window, her eyes glowing. Scooting closer to the window, a whisper out of the deepest corner of her heart,
"I love you, Hwangjanim. I love you more than anything and everything put together in this world."
"Oppa-ya, it stubs. Sierra doesn't have anyone but us, Taehyung and you guys. All she knows as home is us. She was the closest to Lisa and Chaeyoung. But how they both snapped at each other, I'm scared. I'm scared that the other girls would break away from each other like I did. I'm scared, Oppa. Am I to be blamed? Maybe I should have kept asking them about their feelings like I used to do earlier. Maybe I should have kept on making them laugh. Would they stay together and not find other ways to head, that way?"
"What is meant to happen, would happen even if everything was just right. That's just how life is, Soo-ya."
Namjoon ruffled Jisoo's gorgeous purple hair. Kissing the top of her head. Wrapping his arms around her, glancing at the sky. She doesn't deserve this. They don't deserve this. Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, Lisa, Sierra. None of them deserve this pain. They are beautiful galaxies that come together to create a perfect milky way. They are to be admired and loved. They deserve better things. They don't deserve to be hurt this way.
