Based after Frank see Elliot and Olivia in the May5th 2022 episode of OC

Elliot heads up towards Frank's house as he sees the front door open, he steps back as Frank stands in the doorway

"Hey man, got your text, what's up?" Elliot asked

Frank's nods towards the garage and heads over to the side with Elliot "you had me pretty worried when I saw you and Benson the other night" he said as he opened his garage

Elliot gave him a look "what does that mean ?" He asked

"She know? About the brotherhood?" Frank asked

Elliot shakes his head "no..and even if she did, she's a cop, she knows we have each other's back" he said, cringing at the thought of Olivia being anything less than a perfect cop

Frank hands Elliot a beer "well if she doesn't then.. how long you been screwing her then?" He asked sitting down in his chair

Elliot chokes on his beer lightly "Jesus, frank, way to be subtle" he said as he sat down next to him

"Am I wrong ?, you two in that car, god you could cut the sexual tension with a butter knife" Frank said as he watched for Elliots reaction

Elliot shakes his head "you-you were there for less than a minute Frank, what are you talking about tension" he asked and took a swig of his beer

Frank looks at him and smiles "that comment she made, about me being second best, that wasn't her claiming you like a dog?" He asked

Elliot goes silent as he looks down at his beer "I dont know what are you talking about..Liv and I, we..we're friends" he said

"Could've fooled me. Look,  you're a good catholic Stabler but your wife is dead" Frank said

Elliot squeezes his hand into a fist at the mention of Kathy

"Olivia's hot, go for it" Frank said and took another swig of his beer

Elliot messes with the top of his bottle "so, you just called to ask about my sex life?" He asked trying to change the subject, though he wouldn't mind Frank giving him reason to punch him right now

"Well, i also wanted to make sure you were still in the brotherhood..that I didnt have to worry about you slipping" Frank said

Elliot shook his head "nope, still here..we got another job or something?" He asked
