Fat Nuggets was just so adorable and Cody didn't know that hell can be filled with many adorable things in it, Fat Nuggets included.

This little demon pig was sniffling Cody's legs, and then began to luck the kid's left one, making the kid chuckle. "Stop that." said Cody.

"Oh it just means he likes you." said Charlie. "Fat Nuggets here is a little bundle of joy."

The boy knelt down on his knees to have better eye contact with the demon pig. Fat Nuggets went up to his face and sniffed it for a few seconds, and then he licked it many times, just as he did with Codys' leg. Cody got on his ass and felt rhe pig walk up to him to snuggle him, and gend gently push him to the ground so he can lick his face some more.

The human boy felt the little swine get on him with his little hooves. Yes, Fat Nuggets was liking the human child a great deal.

"Oh, Isn't this so precious?" said Charlie, clasping her hands next to the right side of her face.

"Looks like Cody found himself a new best friend." Vaggie smiled.

"More like his new wife." Husk joked dryly. "Don't they make such a sweet couple?"

"Oh shut up, Asshole!" Vaggie said.

"Don't tell me to shut up, bitch." Husk glared at her.

"Hey hey hey, watch your language, guys." Charlie said.

"Sorry." Vaggie sang.

Husk didn't really apologize and just went "hmph" in response, given his typical grumpy attitude.

"Charlie, here's the key you asked fo-" said a male voice. "Hey hey hey, off Nuggs, get off!"

The pig then stopped licking Cody's face hearing the voice and perked over saw a demon that was male, but looked rather feminine in appearance. His eyes were different as one was white and the other was black.

Fat Nuggets happily hopped over to what appeared to be his owner. This demon also had four arms instead of two. something similar to a six-legged spider.

"Nuggs, you are one of a kind, you know that?" said the demon.

"Oh Angel, thanks for coming in." saod Charlie, promptly taking the room key from this guy.

This guy turned his head towards Cody and smirked. "Ah, so thisis the human boy you told me about."

Cody looked at his extra arms and got scared. "Wait, you're a spider, are you?"

"Well... spider-like." the demon corrected.

"Ah! please don't bite me!" Cody panted, pulling out his cross to scare him away. Like Verosika and her crew, everyone in the room (minus Cody) got scared at the cross. "I got this, and I am not afraid to use it!"

"Put that thing away, kid!" said Husk. "Too holy! I can't even bare to think about being killed by Jesus."

"Cody, calm down." said Charlie.

"Cody, huh. A rather nice name for a boy like you." said the spider demon. "please, don't be afraid. I know you probably have aracnophobia, but I am spider-like, that's all."

"You don't understand." said Cody. "I have bad experiences with spiders."

"What kind of bad experience?" asked Angel as he noticed Cody slowly put down the cross. "Come on just tell- ah!"

The boy suddenly showed his cross to him in a fast manner, as fast as a lizard running across the ground. "Sweet Satan, kid." Angel Dust said. "You need to relax. Just relax, and put that cross down."

Cody looked at Charlie and Vaggie, still looking unsure if he should just back down like this.

"Come on," said Vaggie. "Angel Dust may be a creep sometimes, and can be the most sarcastic person ever,"

"Not helping, genius!" said Angel Dust

"Sorry. But he is a good friend to Charlie and me, Cody." Vaggie continued. "Besides, if there is someone you rrally can't trust, it's Alastor."

While the kid still looked uneasy around Angel Dust, he did put his cross away. "OK ok." he said. "I'll stand down."

"If you can trust my Nuggy-Wuggy here, then try and trust me." Angel Dust pointed. "I mean, by what i saw, Fat Nuggets here loves you already."

"I'm sorry." Cody sighed. "I'm scared of spiders."

"I understand, kid." said Angel Dust. "It's a common fear for many human beings to have. Along with snakes, and the unknown."

"Yeah."

"What kind of spider event happened?" asked Charlie

"It's silly." Cody said.

"Come on, tell us." said Vaggie. "It's nothing to be embarrassed."

"OK, OK, I'll tell you." Cody said. He sighed and said: "When I was still a baby, I got bitten by a tarantula at a pet store."

The others looked surprised. "Bitten by a tarantula?" said Husk. "Ouch. I mean, Jesus, that's gotta hurt."

"It did hurt." Cody said." he pulled the rigth sleeve of his shirt to reveal a white patch on his upper arm tbag looked a little wrinkled, like a dried piece of skin. "He bit me right here." he pointed. "It did hurt so much."

"You poor baby." said Angel Dust before hugging him with all his four arms. It made Cody a little scared and uncomfortable since it reminded him og spider legs, like he was being trapped by a spiders' legs and he would be a fly in his web. "I'm sorry that happened to you."

"Thanks, i guess. And my parents said that i was lucky."

"But tarantulas are not thay venomous." said Charlie. "They have big fangs, but they are gentle giants."

"If they are gentle, why would that one bite me?" Cody asked

"We wish we can help you answer that question, Cody." Vaggie admitted.

"Yeah, but everything will be fine." said Angel Dust. "I'm a nice guy, and i can assure you, we are going to he the best of friends." he gave Cody another hug to help him warm up to him. "Charlie told me about your parents, Cody, and... i'm sorry."

"Thank you." Cody said. Maybe, he thought, maybe this guy is cool."
