In the Biker warehouse, there were many familiar faces in the abandoned biker warehouse. Ned, the toddler neighbor with his parents. Ned was happy to see Cody again and made giggles as he walked over to him and Cody happily picked him up.
Yes, Ned was always happy to see his neighbor.
"So, you guys don't mind if I live in Hell with a hellhound?" Cody asked his grandparents again.
Both Ed and Beatrice smiled at their own grandson. "No, as long as Loona and everyone else down there in Hell treats you right, then it is perfectly alright with us, my boy." Ed patted the kid's back encouragingly. "And as long as you stay away from any murderers or the most evil people throughout history. No good can come out of those kind of vermin."
"Yes, and as long as you stay safe." Beatrice added
Cody smiled and felt so relieved to hear his grandparents (against their better judgement since they are true christians). They were just happy their own grandson was in good hands like this. "Thanks guys." Cody embraced them for a hug.
"We can try to catch up later." said Ed. "But right now, we gotta help you be safe."
"No hurt Cody!" Ned said triumphantly. "Cody is my friend." he hugged his neighbor tightly. He felt Brian gently pull him away from the older kid and Margaret holding him on her shoulders. It warmed Cody's heart that he was given such help like this against Mr. Belmont and his fanatical followers, along with Adam and his bloodthirsty Exorcist minions. The question was: would everyone be ready for an oncoming attack? Or would they all die trying to stop this fucking madness?
Dave and Selma were here as well, along with some of Cody's friends from school, and the nice Ivorian family that owned their African restaurant with yummy West African cuisine were here as well since Cody and his family would go to their restaurant every once in a while. Miss Stacey, Mr. Brock (Cody's principal), and other kinds of faces. Although the number was still small compared to everyone else in town. The ones that supported Cody only consisted at least one third of the whole town.
Tommy went up to Cody and said: "so I got some good news, buddy."
"What is it Tommy?"
"Me and Celeste managed to talk to my old General from the French Foreign Legion, Francois Lacroix, to help us out and bring his faction of soldiers to help us against Belmont in the fighting."
"Really?"
"Yep. Now we'll have a little more firepower against those pious, delusional people that are on Belmont's side."
Cody smiled, glad to know that there will be more help on the way. "Wait," he thought. "Do they know about Hell? I don't want them to think I am the Antichrist too."
His brother made a small frown. "Well... no. Not really. I mean. It's one of the most important rules down there. Make sure we mortals don't know about Hell? Ever?"
"Yes." Said Loona. "I doubt Lord Lucifer would be happy to hear more mortals knowing about Hell's existence."
"We could get in serious trouble for this." Moxxie pointed.
"Maybe Lucifer can find a way to erase everyone's memories when this is over?"
"it could be possible." Stolas said. "The dark lord has unimaginable power as the kind of Hell. So he might have a solution for that."
"But right now," said Octavia, "we have to deal with the matter at hand."
"Honestly, I can't wait to bust some heads with my guns, baby."
Many humans around Blitzo looked at him with concern.
"evil brainwashed heads I mean." Blitzo clarified. "Not you guys. Just the ones that are out to kill Cody." He cocked his golden pistols.
"Like I said, it will be open season for me." Millie pointed, brandishing her large ax.
"I can tell there is probably going to be a big bloodbath soon." Said Moxxie.
While everyone looked prepared to defend themselves against the heretics that made up most of the town, Cody was still unsure if he wanted to kill anyone on Belmont's side, thanks to his good heart. Alas, he remembered Loona saying that he might not have a choice.
"So, when are the French coming to help us?" Cody asked his big brother.
"Lacroix said that it would take at least one day."
"A day?" Said Loona in disbelief. "Are you kidding me?! There are soldiers out there working under Belmont just in the hope of killing your little brother for the 'greater good' those lunatics believe in."
"Look. We still have you guys, my Legionnaire brothers, Heaven's Demons, and the Goetia prince to help us. Besides, doesn't Stolas have that Medusa technique?"
"True." Said Blitzo. "Just put him in front of those crazy people until they are all dead statues. That can be a good idea."
"Under heavy gunfire?" Said Octavia. "No way. My dad would be covered in blood and led if that happened. Besides, not all of us have guns or powers."
"A good point." Said Boulder. "But we'll be with him to the death."
"Me too." Said Loona. Everyone else admitted their full support against this crazy phenomenon. "If Belmont or any of his friends try to hurt Cody, they'll have to go through us. Though I volunteer Moxxie first."
"What?" Moxxie sounded offended. "Why me first?"
"Because you're mostly collateral than help." Loona admitted
"you wish." Moxxie rolled his eyes. "Now's not a good time for all of this."
"For once, you're right." Loona flatly said. "After this is all done, we go back to hating each other."
"Agreed." The male imp narrowed his eyes at his enemy.
"I'm going to see if the cost is clear." said Loona. She opened the large garage door and to her surprise, there was Mr. Belmont, his closest followers, about ten of his hired security soldiers, and the two DHORK agents and several more of those dangerous agents behind them as protection.
"I knew you would all turn up sooner or later." Said Belmont flatly. "You blasphemous fools."
