in the living room, Cody was playing his video games and having fun with them. It was like nothing can interrupt him playing one of the many things he does best. He took a little break and got himself some cola.
Vortex, Moxxie, and Millie were still there having another slice of the yummy cake.
"So Cody, I was thinking later you can come to me and my girlfriends' place?" Tex offered kindly. "She'll really like ya."
"Even if i'm not a hellhound?"
"Oh come on. What's not to like about you, Cody?" Tex said.
"You can say that again." Moxxie said.
"We've already been through this Cody." Loona smirked. "Don't worry about what other demons think about you. I've met her a few times, and she's friendly. She throws cool hound parties."
"But they might be a little bit too extreme for kids." said Vortex."
"Yeah, you could get hurt in those kind of parties." Loona added
"Can there be drunk people in those parties?" asked Cody
"Oh ho ho ho yeah." said Vortex.
"Some hellhounds can get drunk enough to pee their pants." Loona added, having a whiskey of her own."
"Sure, I can come over and take a look."
Vortex smiled and said: "Cool. Trust me, Ember will really like ya. And she knows how to throw a party."
Cody smiled back and said. "Let me know when you're ready to go."
"No problem, kiddo." the male Hellhound pointed his gun gesture at him.
"I gotta pee." the kid paused his game and went to hit the toilet and looked at Patrick his stuffed pig. He couldn't help but walk over to him and said: "I know this sounds crazy Patrick, but... I think I like it down here."
"She seems to really care about you a wonderful deal, child." a voice echoed.
Cody was taken aback and stood few feet away from his toy. "Patrick? You... you can talk?"
A chuckling was heard, and it said: "no, it is not your toy talking, Cody." this voice sounded a lot like Liam Neeson a little bit, and a bright light suddenly flashed in front of Cody, as if the sun was shining inside.
The sound of chiming was heard as well and the light had dimmed down. What Cody saw made him gasp in disbelief. It was a very tall, semi-muscular with long, wavy brown hair and a brown goatee around his pleasant face.
His attire including bare feet, long white robes and a white necklace with the cross on it. "Do not be afraid." said the man warmly.
"You're... you're him." Cody pointed in awe.
"Yes. I have been trying to reach you for a while, ever since that terrible event occurred."
Cody knew that Jesus himself was referring to what happened with his parents. "You know about that?" he asked
"Oh yes." Jesus said. "And I am deeply sorry about what had happened to them. "but it wasn't your fault. No one means for any of those events to happen."
"I know. But I miss them." Cody sat on the bed. "Are they ok? My mom and dad?"
"They are doing fine. They are both living in heaven." said Christ. "And you do not have to worry about them. But they miss you greatly."
"I miss them too." Cody felt tears streaming down his face again. "I wish i can just see them."
"Well, if you like i can show you to them."
