Mr Belmont was wiping his mouth after being punched in the face by Boulder. "How dare you lay a hand on our savior, you fucking heretic!" Said Fletus in rage. The brutish hick was about to charge in and break the biker leader's neck.
"No!" Belmont stopped him. "Let him go. He is just another idiotic unbeliever."
Fletus looked at his new boss and had a look of hesitation on his face, "but he-"
"don't worry, my child." Belmont gently assured him. "They are neutralized." Then he gave Boulder and his cronies a scowl of hate. "For now," he added. "But the next time you pull that on me again, I will not hold him back this time."
"whatever, you crazy fuck." Boulder crossed his arms. Looking at Ed and Beatrice, it was a sympathetic look. "But you too, can you not understand what your own grandson is?"
"Seymour, this is just preposterous bullshit that you are believing." Ed said. "There is no way in Hell that Cody is the Antichrist."
"You would believe that and not me?" Said Adam, trying to step up in Belmont's defense. "I am an Angel from Heaven, and so are my exorcists. If you won't believe my friend here, at least believe me, dudes.
"You don't really look like an Angel I would have guessed." Said Beatrice. "You have horns in your head, and i thought angels weren't supposed to have any horns?"
"Look, lady, what you read about Angels is mostly Old Testament shit." Adam explained. "We are holy creatures but not all of us are human."
"But you and your angels look a little... unnerving." Ed pointed.
"Meh, to wash his own." Adam rolled his eyes. "Me and my crew work hard under God and Jesus himself, and spread his good word to those who need it. Like how Belmont here asked for a prayer about Cody." The grandfather looked at his rival in disbelief. "I do everything for the good of the Earth and make sure no Demon pieces of shit try to corrupt the minds of feeble- I mean good humans of this planet."
"You all seem to think you do not want what you want." Belmont stepped in. "I want to make the world a better place, and end all violence and conflict for everyone to make this planet the greatest realm in this plain of existence."
"Like we have never heard of vile people in history try to do the same thing." Beatrice said.
"Come on, let us work together to save this planet and kill the Antichrist once and for all." Belmont offered a hand to Ed so that Cody's grandparents can join the alliance against Cody.
Ed and Beatrice could not be any more shocked. Sure their own grandson might be living among a group of... uncouthe demons, but that doesn't mean they don't love their own grandson anymore, and when they met Loona in her human disguise, she did seem like a good sister figure to the boy (despite being a little blunt and gruff, and bitchy at times). "No." Ed said firmly. "I would never believe that our own grandson is the Antichrist. Why, if he would even committed such vile acts as the Bible says the Beast of the sea would, we would know."
Belmont gave him and his wife a scowl. A look of hatred towards what he believes are "demon lovers" and how they would go as far to support what he believed was the "Antichrist".
"We will never join you cult of fanatics. Charles Manson, Adolf Hitler, the Ku Klux Klan, the world doesn't need any more hate cults like yourselves." said Ed. "You all believe you are doing the right thing under god, but you are all just as evil as Hitler, Mussolini, Manson, and Dahmer."
"You dare compare me to all of those monsters in human skin?!" said Belmont. "I am nothing like those wicked men! Do i look like i have any damn hatred towards Jews or Islams or any kind of race?!"
"Do we have to be honest with you?" asked Buffalo flatly
"Oh very funny." said Robert. "you're quite the comedian, aren't you?"
"Ask anyone." replied the largest member of Heaven's Demons.
"Well, i have tried to be nice to you all," Belmont grabbed his book and crossed his arms. "But i guess you are all my enemies. Though..." he had a look of sadness on his face now. "It really pains me, for you, Edward Mckagan, have shown me the way of God before since I was a teenager."
"And look at the kind of path you have chosen for yourself!" Ed bellowed. "People despise you because of your Old Testament ways and views! You are too one-dimensional and far-sided in your delusional views about God and Jesus."
"Delusional?" said The pompous preacher. "Delusional!?" his voice rose to a yell. "It is the correct view of the Lord!"
"He is trying to save your souls, you stupid old fucks!" Agent One said.
"Listen to what our savior has to say!"
"I think we have heard enough." Beatrice stated. "Leave now, or I will have you all sent to court!"
Silent, there was tension between both sides. "So be it," Belmont said. "Because I am a forgiving and compassionate individual, I will let you live... for now,"
"you signed your own death warrant, Belmont." Said Ed. "Leave me farm now before things get way out of hand.
As the cult left the family and hikers alone, Beatrice asked. "We can't trust anyone in town anymore?"
"I don't think all of them are under Bemont's influence," said Bouder. "I saw a couple of people being harassed for being: "Satan lovers."
"This is terrible." Said Ed. "What can we possibly do?"
"frost thing's first." Said Boulder. "We help gather those who still love and care about Cody and form a resistance against Belmont."
