Once they opened the van's door, Dora picked Beatrice up gently and carried her to the mansion. Ava was already standing at the entrance, rushing up to them. She looked at Beatrice and gasped at her condition.

-Bea-, tried Ava but Lilith pulled her away gently.

-She needs to see a doctor. I promise you will get to see her soon but you're going to have to be patient. For her own good. Okay?, explained Lilith with a soft tone.

Ava looked up at her and nodded, just wanting Beatrice to be alright. She watched as Dora walked upstairs with a barely conscious Beatrice in her arms. Camila walked up to Lilith and frowned a little.

-Can we talk?, asked the younger girl.

-Yeah. Of course. Follow me., said Lilith as she walked to a sort of locker room and taking her holster off.

Camila followed her and watched her.

-Why didn't you tell me?, asked Camila with a frown.

-I was legally not allowed to tell anyone., replied Lilith as she put the safety on her gun.

-Really?, frowned the younger girl.

-Yeah. The king made me sign a contract. I was only allowed to reveal who I am in case of an emergency. To any of you., sighed Lilith as she grabbed a new hoodie, taking her harness off.

-Oh. Okay. So...So everything you told us what the truth?, asked Camila, needing reassurance.

Lilith put her hoodie on and turned to face Camila. She took her hands in hers and pulled her a little closer.

-I never lied to you. Except for my background. Okay, Cam?, asked Lilith with a soft expression.

-Okay. Thank you., said Camila, smiling lightly as she looked down at her hands.

-Cam...Do you maybe wanna, you know, go out sometime? With me?, asked Lilith as her face flushed.

Camila looked up at her with raised eyebrows, questioning if she was being serious. She felt her cheeks heat up but nodded.

-Yeah- Yes. I would love to., replied Camila as she tried to maintain the eye contact.

-Great. We'll plan something after all of this is over. Sounds good?, said Lilith with a light smile.

Camila nodded and just moved closer, closing the gap and hugging her tightly. Meanwhile, Marisa walked upstairs to Beatrice's room, where Dora had carried her, along with Ava and her friends.

The doctor was already inside, checking her vitals and taking care of her injuries with the help of a nurse. After long 20 minutes, they walked out of Beatrice's room and gave the girls the green light to go in.

Ava didn't waste a second and walked in the room, quickly going up to the bed and kneeling next to the bed. Beatrice was attached to an IV, half asleep on her bed.

-Bea?, whispered Ava as she watched her relaxed face.

The older brunette slowly opened her eyes and turned her head to the side, seeing Ava. She smiled weakly and moved her hand, as if she was reaching for Ava. The younger girl took her hand in hers.

-I'm here. I'm here and I'm not going anywhere., smiled Ava with tears in her eyes.

Beatrice frowned when she noticed the tears, moving her hand to Ava's cheek, trying to wipe her tears away. Ava leaned into her touch, closing her eyes.

-So pretty., said Beatrice with a sore throat.

Ava chuckled and looked at her, shaking her head.

-You're on drugs, hm?, smiled Ava, happy to hear her voice.
