Ava woke up a few hours later from her nap, having put an alarm at 4:15pm so she wouldn't miss her girlfriend coming over to pick her up. She got up and stretched herself, quickly going to the bathroom and washing her face and applying some natural makeup. It was 4: 23pm when someone was once again ringing the bell. Ava rushed to the entrance and opened the door with a grin on her face. She raised her eyebrows and looked her girlfriend up and down. She was wearing a white polo, both buttons undone, with black pants. The younger brunette didn't hesitate and stepped closer, greeting her girlfriend with a soft and loving kiss on the lips.
-Hello to you too., smiled Beatrice once Ava pulled away.
She then stopped hiding her hands behind her back, pulling out a bouquet of various flowers, handing it to her girlfriend. Ava looked at them with a bright smile, her eyes shining with admiration and love.
-You bought me flowers?, asked the younger girl.
-Well, unless these flowers aren't made out of flowers-, joked Beatrice, watching Ava roll her eyes at that and then look at her fondly.
-I love them. And I love you., smiled the smaller brunette.
-I love you too. And you look absolutely breathtakingly beautiful., replied Beatrice, leaning down and pecking her lips.
Ava blushed at that and put the flowers on a small table at the entrance before stepping out. Beatrice took her hand and guided her to her car, opening the passenger's door for her. Ava smiled at the gesture and got in. Beatrice got in the driver's seat, starting the car.
-So? Where are we going?, asked the younger girl.
-Well, you will see., replied Beatrice with a smile, her eyes on the road.
-Oh come on. Give me a hint?, said Ava with a chuckle.
-A hint? Well, we will definitely not have these clothes on once we're done., shrugged the older brunette.
-Well now I'm even more confused., sighed Ava.
-Good., replied Beatrice, driving carefully.
Ava rolled her eyes and looked out the window, trying to somehow figure out where they were headed. But since she was still pretty new to the city, she had no clue where they were going. That's when Beatrice took a right and drove into a forest.
-Uhm, I hope our first date won't end in a true crime documentary?, joked Ava, looking around.
-Shut up., chuckled Beatrice, pulling over but there was nothing around.
She turned the car off and looked at Ava with a soft smile.
-Alright, we have to walk for the rest of the way., stated the older girl as she got out of the car.
Ava got out as well, looking around and not seeing any sort of building or shelter. Beatrice walked up to her and took her hand, placing a tender kiss on her cheek, which instantly made the younger girl smile. She then started to lead the way through a path, looking around.
-I've always find it calming to walk through the woods. You hear countless of animals without even realizing it. You see animals and animals see you. When I was a kid, Vincent would take me to random forrest and we would go on endless walks. I loved it., told Beatrice as she kept walking.
-We can go on walks sometimes if you'd like?, suggested Ava with a smile.
-Yeah. I'd like that. But not today., replied the older girl.
-Not today? So we're not doing that right now? Bea, I am so confused., chuckled Ava, not understanding what was happening.
Beatrice smiled and pointed at something. Ava followed her finger and finally saw a building and lights.
