Summary → Peter shows up at your window late at night and gets himself in a situation.

You were sitting in your bed with a fuzzy blanket with a good book when you heard a gentle knock against the glass of your window. Your head snapped up, seeing a shadow through the curtains. It should've spooked you, but the upside down frame gave its identity away.

''Peter?'' You got up and pulled your curtains and smiled, seeing your boyfriend. You unlocked the window and pushed it open. ''Why are you upside down?''

He pulled his mask off and revealed his face, smiling boyishly at you. His hair had been ruffled by the mask and were slightly damp from the sweat and humidity in his suit. ''I thought it'd be romantic.''

''I think you're mixing rooftops and balconies.''

''This is a modern take. You don't like it?''

A smile curled at the corner of your lips. He was so dumb, yet so cute.

Drawing one last step, you grabbed his face and kissed him. Caught off guard, a soft gasp leaving Peter's lips, telling you he was not expecting that. He went along anyway, closing his eyes and kissing you back. It was strange to kiss from this angle - upside down - and kind of a confusing mess mechanically. It needed a bit of getting used to, but the kiss wasn't bad.

You broke the kiss and giggled, your fingers stroking the hairs on the back of his neck. ''Do you want to come in?''

''Nah. I'm good here. Life's better upside down.'' You raised an eyebrow and he sighed. ''Alright. I was patrolling by your neighborhood and decided to pay you a late night visit. I saw you through your window and was trying to surprise you, but then I kind of got...stuck.''

''Stuck?!'' you repeated. ''As in, you can't get down from my roof?''

This was bad news.

Before going to bed, your father always comes in to say good night and to warn you to not stay up reading too late. His bedtime was approaching and if he saw Peter hanging upside down outside your window, he would blow a fuse. Peter was also wearing his spider-man suit and his mask was off, so he'd be revealing his identity...

''No,'' he replied. ''I can. You just gotta help me a little.''

You sighed, shaking your head. ''And people call you a superhero...''

''I am a superhero.''

''Who asks his non-superhero girlfriend to help him get down from her roof.''

Peter laughed.

''You better hurry. If my dad sees you suspended upside down before my window, he's not gonna want to laugh.''

He nodded. ''Got it.''
