{The Moon Shines - DL 💔}

The moon shines, just to get the sun's attention.

Scar had tried his best to make Grian like him. It seemed like after Last Life, Grian had grown distant to Scar, and avoided him as much as possible.

Yet, like the moon, Scar tried everything to get the sun's attention. For him, Grian was the sun. He gave Grian gifts, helped him whenever he could, he was so kind to him.

Yet, like always, the sun- or Grian, in Scar's case- never noticed.

But the sun never notices

Grian never saw the acts that Scar would put on for him. While he did accept the gifts, the hugs, the help from Scar, he tried to avoid him as much as possible.

Now, he did have a valid reason why. He still felt guilty over 3rd Life, and now that him and Scar were soulmates, Grian would just end up hurting Scar again.

It was like a cycle- Grian always hurt Scar, and always blames himself for it.

However, he found a distraction. Someone to distract him from Scar, someone who Grian could see without Scar knowing.

The sun is too focused on the earth

Big B.

Grian and Big B had known each other since EVO, and were great friends.

So when Big B have him some of his cookies, Grian knew that he could focus on Big B more than Scar. That's how the 'secret soulmates' started.

Grian started to see Big B behind Scar's back, thinking that Scar didn't know.

Yet, he was totally wrong.

Scar knew. He knew, and he saw everything.

Now he knew why Grian wasn't speaking to him, now he knew why Grian was avoiding him.

It was just like the sun, moon, and earth.

Yet, Grian was the sun, giving all his attention to the earth, which was Big B.

Big B was the earth, getting all the attention from Grian.

And Scar was the moon, trying to get Grian's attention. But instead of him, all of Grian's attention was focused on Big B.

And that made Scar all alone again.
