(Kicken's POV)
"You're serious? It's all because I met you that I'm like this?" I asked, Neko sat up as he nodded in response.
"I know I'm probably wrong, but I feel like I could take you on now... Since I can change my strength and all." I stated, Neko simply took a glance at me.
He immediately looked away after, grabbing a glass of water and taking a sip as he turned around, something seemed off though, I could tell he was still looking at me...
Neko suddenly turned and threw the glass at my face, I instinctively reacted and swatted it away as water splashed across the room.
Before I could react any further, Neko ran up to me and hopped in front of me, kicking both of his legs at me as I was launched out of the front door.
I rolled onto the grass as I stood up quickly, the morning sun coated my back as I immediately tensed up.
Neko walked out of the doorway, cracking his knuckles as he stared me down, I could start to feel the force of his kick set in, it stung like hell...
With quick thinking, I tossed my jacket off of me, feeling my adrenaline cover up my pain as I focused back on Neko, snapping my fingers behind my back.
"You don't know how to deal with someone like me, I'm unpredictable." Neko stated as he shifted out of view, so I did the next best thing, running around until I could tell where he was.
After a couple of seconds, I saw a glimpse of Neko's jacket fly past me, I could guess where he was now, so I took my chances and kicked to my left.
I was right, but wrong at the same time... I ended up hitting Neko, but instead of making actual contact... He simply grabbed my leg and flipped over it.
Neko spun in the air as he swatted his arm to the side in my direction, I was blown away by something, almost as if a giant plank hit me in my side.
I regained my balance as I snapped my fingers again, charging at Neko as he rolled onto the ground, I made it to him in under a second as I coiled my arm back.
I hit Neko with as much force as I could, I heard a crack as Neko was sent flying, I could hear him yell in confusion as he flew into a group of trees.
Before I could land on the ground, Neko shifted back into view, his head was bleeding as he kicked straight up into my stomach.
Neko jumped into the air as he shot two chains at my face, I could feel the chains graze my face as I tilted my head at the last moment.
Neko pulled back as he kicked me down into the ground, with my speed, I was able to quickly get back up as I kicked Neko away.
"You're fast, I want to see how much of a benefit that gives you!" Neko stated as he ran to me, I copied his thought as I ran over to him as well.
We both punched each other, our fists clashing against each other, one after another, we took turns hitting each other back and forth, this went on for a good 12 seconds.
Neko suddenly swatted my hand away, pushing both of his palms into my chest, staggering me as he rolled forward, kicking my chin upwards as I flew into the air once again.
I was much higher this time, Neko suddenly shifted above me, grabbing my leg and throwing me with intense force towards the populated city we lived near.
As I thought that was the end of the ordeal, Neko shifted in front of me once again, landing on me and perching on my chest, staring directly at me.
Me and Neko stared at each other, not moving a muscle as we flew in the air, I couldn't move due to my anticipation, I deducted that Neko couldn't move since he didn't want to make the first hit...
"You're good, but adrenaline alone can't save you in a fight like this, against someone like ME." Neko stated boldly as he kicked off of me.
Neko's figure faded into the night sky as I plummeted down onto the road below me, cold concrete chunks flew past me as I regained my footing.
Neko shifted back into view in front of me, cars and people stopped as me and Neko stood at a standstill, I could tell my health wasn't all that great anymore...
"I wonder, do you really know how to fight? Or do you rely on cheap tricks?" Neko asked as I coughed a bit of blood, charging at Neko in a split of a second.
I kicked at his side, then to his stomach, flipping backwards as I double kicked him in the back of his head, finishing it off with a single sharp uppercut.
I could once again hear a crack, Neko's skull was fractured now for sure... That's what I thought at least...
Neko only looked up into the sky when my fist connected with his chin, he slowly looked down at me as I tried regaining my breath.
"That's what you call fighting? Let me show you some real skills." Neko mocked me as he grabbed my wrist and waist, flipping me over him as he slammed me down into the floor behind him.
I ricocheted off the ground, giving Neko enough time to land a HUGE knee to my face, I felt my neck and skull crack a bit as I was launched a couple feet from Neko.
I staggered to my feet as I rushed at Neko once more, going for a single hit to the head, but Neko blocked my arm, swatting it away as he punched me twice in the head.
A single punch to the gut, the side of my head, one... No... TWO kicks to my ribs, one final flick of a fist to my cranium...
Neko ended it by spinning me around, facing away from him as he spun around, back kicking me so hard that I was able to feel my spine practically split in half from the impact...
And suddenly... Everything went dark...
