(Dogday's POV)

Me and Catnap were sitting on his couch, completely silent as we stared at each other, not knowing what Neko was even doing at this moment.

We decided to stay at Catnap's house as I really needed to find some way to just fall asleep after all of this... So Catnap suggested that since his house has a lavender scent, we should stay there...

But if Neko comes back to my house, but none of us are there... He might freak out...

"W- What do you think he's doing right now...?" I asked softly as I put two fingers to my mouth.

"Probably killing lots of people..." Catnap responded, just then, there was a knock at the door, but it wasn't gentle or calm...

Neko opened the door and waltzed in, closing the door behind him as he took a breather and looked at us, he was covered in blood, every single part of him was red, down to the very last patch of his skin.

"Hey there guys! Would you mind looking here for a second?" Neko asked as he walked in front of us both, putting his hands to his head.

"HYAHH!!" Neko yelled as a white beam of light emitted from Neko's entire body, and everything went completely white as I quickly felt everything I witnessed today vanish in a flash...

"H- Huh? What happened?" Catnap asked as I rubbed my eyes and shrugged, Neko stood in front of us covered in... Some red stuff...

"Neko, what is that on your... Everything?" I asked as Neko looked at himself and simply shrugged.

"Paint." Neko responded as I tilted my head in confusion very slightly.

"Paint...? How did you get paint...?" I asked as Neko's face changed to a more dissatisfied look.

"that's not important." Neko said as he stared in my soul, so I put my hands up by my head as a way to defuse Neko.

"A- Alright, calm down..." I muttered as Neko sighed and walked upstairs, the paint on his body had already sort of dried onto his clothes and skin, but why was he covered all over...?

There's no way that was an accident...

But I can't seem to remember anything, just like... Nothing at all...

Weird.

"Want me to make some food, Dogday? I'm hungry." Catnap asked as I sat up in a criss cross, putting my hands in my lap.

"Oh, yeah! I'm really hungry, but I dunno why..." I mumbled as Neko practically dived down the stairs, his clothes and his skin were already squeaky clean.

"FOOD?! I CAN MAKE IT!!! ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME!!!!!!" Neko exclaimed happily as he jumped up and down, me and Catnap were puzzled by his sudden appearance.

"How the hell are you already-" Catnap tried speaking, but Neko gently pushed him back on the couch.

"I'm gonna let you guys try some Japanese food! There's a whole lotta dishes I wanna cook up, this is my time to shine!" Neko exclaimed as he dashed into the kitchen.

We both looked at each other and shrugged as I pulled out my phone and began scrolling on TikTok, but I continuously saw some kind of news about...

"Our school got attacked...?!" I asked frantically as I showed my phone to Catnap who looked really shocked.

"Who the hell could have done such a thing...?!" Catnap exclaimed as Neko reached from behind me and closed TikTok, opening Instagram instead.

"Maybe you should stick to Reels for a while..." Neko muttered in my ear as he disappeared from behind me, back into the kitchen.

I wanted to believe that Neko was part of the reason the school was attacked, but there's just no way, he's only good at martial arts, there's no way he could destroy a building...

Neko came dashing in, putting a plate in front of me and Catnap, they were both different foods, I had some type of beef bowl in front of me, and Catnap had chicken in front of him, but it looked grilled...

"For you, Dogday, I made some Gyudon! It's a type of beef bowl with an egg in the middle, I think you'll like it." Neko stated, he handed me a knife and fork as I graciously took both from him.

"And for you, Catnap, I made you some Grilled Teriyaki Chicken! Some people don't consider this Japanese, but I do, it's Teriyaki after all." Neko laughed as he handed Catnap a fork and knife.

Catnap took them both from Neko as I hesitantly took a bite out of some beef on the side of the bowl, and it was... Actually really good!

"Hm! What's the white stuff on the side, is that rice?" I asked as Neko nodded, smiling as he saw my reaction.

"And if you guys are still hungry, I'll make some tacos afterwards, if you want." Neko said as he smiled softly and walked back into the kitchen.

Well, I don't really care about the whole school incident now, I'm just so glad I finally get to eat!
