(Catnap's POV)

I woke up slowly, noticing that Neko was still in my arms thankfully... Dogday and me kept Neko between both of us so he wouldn't escape, but he was free enough to at least be comfortable...

Suddenly, I heard our bedroom door slowly open as I saw a silhouette of Kicken standing in the doorway.

"Catnap...! Here...!" He whispered as he tossed me a pair of handcuffs, giving me a thumbs up before closing the door.

Well... That just made my job a lot easier.

I gently attached the handcuffs to one of Neko's hands, attaching the other side to the bed as Neko sat up.

Neko came to a stop as the cuffs tugged on his wrist, he looked at me slowly as he stared into my soul.

"Neko, it's for your own good..." I muttered, Neko quickly yanked at the handcuffs, grunting as he quickly broke the chain connecting the two in half.

Neko sprung out of bed, running towards the closet as he threw the door open, punching open a locked box as me and Dogday ran towards him.

Neko quickly turned around and stared at us both, he had a pistol in his hand, pointed directly at his head.

"STAY BACK!" Neko yelled as Bubba opened the door to the bedroom, he froze along me and Dogday when he saw Neko with a gun to his head.

"Neko! Please! Just calm down... It's us! Catnap and Dogday..." Dogday exclaimed, this only made Neko's grip tighten around the pistol.

"Neko! Hey... Look, look at me, okay...?" I muttered, Neko looked at me as he breathed heavily, the trigger only an inch away from being pulled fully.

"Just calm down, put the gun down, and we can talk this out, alright?" I mumbled, Neko stared at me as his eyes began tearing up.

"I thought..." Neko whispered.

"I thought you said 'pinky promise'..." Neko whimpered, I saw his finger close in on the trigger as a white light flashed in the room.

Kicken came running in beside Bubba, moving him out of the way as he stood next to me and Dogday.

Suddenly, a loud boom crashed around outside, making the house vibrate a bit, scaring Neko as he yelped and blind fired the pistol once.

I heard Kicken shout as I heard something pass by my face, Kicken fell to the floor as he grunted and held his arm.

I panicked and ran at Neko, Neko was too stunned to react, and I was able to smack the pistol out of his hand, I got behind him and held his arms up.

"Someone! Anyone! Do something!!" I shouted as Kicken crawled on the floor, grabbing something off the floor as he pointed whatever it was at the ground.

"Hey, Neko! Look at this!" Kicken shouted as Neko looked down and saw a red dot, I saw it too, and I forced my head back up so I didn't get distracted.

Neko stopped fighting me and loosened up a bit as I held him upwards, he kept his eyes fixated on the red dot.

"Yeah, there you go... Follow the dot, Neko..." Kicken mumbled as he slowly stood up, inching towards Neko, letting his arm drip blood.

When Kicken got close enough, I let go of Neko slowly as Kicken dropped the laser on the ground and reached out towards Neko, yelling in pain and desperation as he grabbed Neko by the back of his neck.

"GOT HIM!" Kicken exclaimed as Neko fell limp when Kicken grabbed him, Kicken held Neko by the back of his neck, holding him up as he dragged Neko back to our bed.

More thunder started to boom and crash outside, and the rain fell harder than before, Kicken held his arm in pain as he laid Neko down on the bed.

Kicken simply raised his hand and chopped at Neko's neck, Neko fell limp and didn't move after that, Kicken then turned to us, panting heavily.

"Can... Can I have a bandaid or something now...?" Kicken asked through heavy breaths, Bubba immediately ran out of the room, downstairs to go get any extra bandages.

"Kicken, how the hell did you do all of that...?!" Dogday asked frantically, Kicken sat down on the bed next to Neko.

"I'm not as dumb as you think, Dogday, I know how to fight." Kicken said as he tapped his head with a finger mockingly.

"So, how about you all do your jobs and keep this guy at bay...?!" Kicken exclaimed as Dogday nodded and picked Neko up, carrying him to a different room.

Wow, Kicken...
