LV 4 (scene 3) - Gabby's Day In ... and Out

The scene opens with the camera cemtred directly under Logan, Stephanie, Jesse, and Tracy staring at something thoughtfully; it looks as though they're staring directly at the camera from sky view.
Stephanie: You know what they say about babies. They are like the beautiful angels in the Heavens
Logan: I know angels sing and dance, but I don't think she's demonstrating it properly. (The camera finally shows Jesse's baby sister, Gabrielle, sleeping peacefully in her baby carrier. However, she is sleeping in a ballerina pose, hands almost clasped together over her head and legs together. In reality, if Gabrielle were an adult, then she'd be waking up in the most painful manner) [laugh track]
Tracy: Does she sleep like this? This is painful even for me to watch it
Stephanie: (scoffs) Please, you needed to see Jesse sleep when he was a baby. He once slept off while standing upright on the couch. We thought he learnt how to walk and just forgotten temporarily [laugh track]. He was 8 months old at the time.
Tracy: When did Jesse start walking?
Stephanie: (shrugs) I think 6 or 7 months. (tries to recall) I'd know that cause Jesse walked out of the maternity ward at 5 months cause he was trying to get my purse from a nurse one time
Logan: (surprised) You got a handful of a Christmas gift, Stephanie.
Jesse: Mom?! (covering his face) That's so embarrassing.
Stephanie: (defensive) They're adults, not your school mates. I'm allowed to. It's in the adult constitution [brief laugh track]. Anyway, while I drop Logan off at his movie set, I trust you, Tracy, to take care of my little angel.
Tracy: Miss Stephanie, your daughter is in safe hands. Just like Jesse is always protected here. (pauses and exhales quickly) Jesse, there's a reason we do not use that socket! (Jesse is seen trying to plug his phone into a nearby socket by the dining table. Some of the wires are sticking out) [laugh track]
Stephanie: (irritated) Why's there even a laugh track for that? [another laugh track]
Logan: We'll be leaving soon. Tracy, please don't destroy the house. (Tracy gives him "the look." Logan grins lightly to avoid getting punched in the face) I meant Jesse.
Jesse: Hey!
Logan: (whispers in Jesse's ear) Jesse, we do not need your real mom and your crazy mom trying to eat me alive.
Jesse: (understands and grins cheekily) You right [brief laugh track]. (Stephanie and Logan quickly leave. After Tracy closes the door, she turns to Jesse with a stern look)
Tracy: Remember. I make the rules here. So you do as I say. For two reasons, you should always respect advice. Secondly, you're not Danny [laugh track]
Jesse: (shrugs) OK.
Tracy: Your response is genuinely annoying. Why can't you lie with the OK response and cause chaos afterwards?
Danny: Cause he ain't me. (Tracy and Jesse scream in surprise; they're startled by his sudden appearance behind them. [laugh track] Danny just shakes his head) You're supposed to be used to this by now. I'm disappointed. (Tracy gives Danny a glare. He turns to Jesse and rephrases) I'm disappointed in you, Jesse [brief laugh track].
Jesse: Danny?!
Danny: Sorry, dude. Can't risk getting eaten alive by your other mom [another laugh track]. (Danny carries Gabrielle, who smiles widely at him) You know, she got this amazing smile from her big brother. Genetically speaking.
Tracy: Danny, that's a very good compliment to a great friend like Jesse.
Danny: No, I was talking about myself [laugh track]. Jesse and great in the same sentence, we both know that's a lie.
Jesse: Danny, for the last time, I'm sorry for forgetting you at Madison's food truck. Even though that was all your fault. All of you.
Tracy: Danny, I don't get it. You're the only one who's bothering about this. Others are fine.
Danny: Kelsea unfollowed Jesse. And then Vivian did the same. Women's rights. (shrugs) You'll understand [laugh track]. (Danny gently keeps Gabrielle back in her stroller as Tracy tries to process the last statement he made).
Jesse: Danny, how about we try something that will get on Vivian's good side?
Danny: You mean my good side? You met Vivian last year by accident.
Jesse: (freezes and stares into space. The camera closes in on his right eye, followed by the speeding green wave of light, shown before opening like a tunnel. He sees his mom giving Danny a handshake)
[Stephanie: Wow, Danny, I'm happy you found Gabby. You're the most responsible person I've ever met]
(The vision closes quickly, followed by the speeding green light wave, and finally shows a close-up of his eye and face. Jesse regains consciousness and frowns at what he just saw)
Jesse: (murmuring) Responsible?! That better be his twin brother [laugh track]
Tracy: Are you OK? You look like you just had a vision. (Jesse stares, confused. Then it hits them) Jesse, you just had a vision. What did you see?
Jesse: (quickly) Nothing much. We had a good time and received great compliments. (carries Gabrielle and turns to the others) We must make sure nothing goes wrong today. And Gabrielle can't leave our sight.
Gabrielle: (giggles and babbles) Jesse!
Jesse: See, she agrees with me. She's officially my favourite sister. Don't tell Amber I said that [laugh track]. (Jesse and Gabrielle go to the kitchen while Tracy and Danny look at Jesse with disdain. The two start to scheme)
Danny: Jesse saw something, and since he won't tell us, we're going to teach him a lesson.
Tracy: I know we're supposed to scheme, but why me? [laugh track]
Danny: We don't have time. The only way to get to Jesse is with Gabrielle. And I have the best idea in mind.

Later...
Tracy: (on the phone) Girl, I told you that all your exes are liars and trouble makers. (pause) Just pick the one who can actually afford to fly you everywhere in the world [laugh track]. (Danny walks in with a plate of pancakes. He has a huge grin on his face, which worries Tracy. She prepares to end the call) Can I call you later? I'm about to get involved with a renowned troublemaker [brief laugh track]
Danny: I took care of my friend and solved our problems.
Tracy: Danny, stop saying "we, our, us" when talking to me. I'm not listening to anything you have to say.
Danny: Jesse is going to freak when he can't find Gabrielle-
Tracy: (widens eyes in terror) You what?! Where's Gabrielle?!
Danny: Oh, relax. Gabrielle is at my place. She's actually with Kelsea right now. Everything is just fine.

Meanwhile...
Kelsea: Gabrielle, I'm literally begging you. You can't eat that meat. You're about 7 months old
Gabrielle: (wearing a random royal queen outfit and a golden crown. She points at the plate in her hand with a sceptre and pouts) More! [laugh track] (Kelsea shrugs and feeds Gabrielle a small piece of meat, which she chews slowly)

At Logan's house...
Jesse: (runs out of Logan's room with a terrified facial expression) Miss Tracy, I can't find Gabrielle anywhere! (exhales) I slept for an hour, and she's nowhere. If anything happens to her, my social life will be ruined!
Tracy: We both know you don't have a social life. Logan's kid [brief laugh track].
Danny: (slyly) Let's just split up and search. She's barely one. She could be anywhere. (The three separate to look for Gabrielle. In reality, Danny is returning home to Gabrielle while Jesse is the only one looking for Gabrielle in the kitchen,the backyard, under the dining table, and for some reason, in one of the cooking pots - the small cooking pots [laugh track]. After a long time, Jesse returns back to Tracy, beyond terrified).
Jesse: Tracy, I can't believe Gabrielle is missing. My dad is going to kill me! My real dad!
Tracy: You sound like your fake dad won't sacrifice you for Thanksgiving also [brief laugh track]. (She exhales seeing the fear in Jesse's eyes) Jesse, for your safety, I'm just going to tell you that -
Danny: (walks in with Gabrielle in his arms) I found Gabrielle in a place that no one knows about [laugh track]. (Jesse goes to carry Gabrielle from Danny, the joy and relief evident on his face)
Jesse: Thanks, Danny. I can't believe I'm saying this, but you're more helpful than usual today.
Danny: I'm always helpful. Tell him, Miss Tracy.
Tracy: Daniel, you and helpful in the same sentence is an abomination alone [laugh track]. (Jesse stifles a laugh while Danny fumes silently)...

Later that day, Stephanie is carrying Gabrielle and talking to Jesse, Danny, and Tracy.
Tracy: And that's how Gabrielle's day went today. I must say, she's adventurous like her brother.
Jesse: But it's all thanks to Danny. (Stephanie proceeds to give Danny a handshake)
Stephanie: Wow, Danny, I'm happy you found Gabby. You're the most responsible person I've ever met.
Jesse: (He's still as confused as earlier; he whispers to Tracy) Oh, so that's why she said it. But it doesn't make sense.
Tracy: It's impossible to make sense of that [brief laugh track]. Danny couldn't find one of my novels even though he was holding it in his hands. He assumed it was a large cheese sandwich because of the colour [another laugh track]. (She pauses and tells him) Danny took Gabrielle to stay with Kelsea. He said something about revenge.
Jesse: What? Danny wouldn't do something that insane. (pauses) That didn't come out right [laugh track].
Tracy: I don't know what you did to Kelsea and Danny that made them do what they did. But being roasted by Logan is better than Danny doing it. No, seriously. Danny is bad at roasting turkey. Trust me, you'll be grateful you missed last year's Thanksgiving [final laugh track]. (The camera focuses on Danny looking at Jesse through the corner of his eye and smirking with a mischievous plan in mind. As the scene comes to a close, an ice cream coupon is seen on the centre table [gasp track]).
