Logan is seen making a phone call in the kitchen. Apparently, he's talking to Zoey's daughter, Audrey, while putting some freshly baked cupcakes. They're about 2 trays many.
Logan: Yes, my little princess, I will be there physically and not offscreen as you said [laugh track]. Girl, for the last time, Uncle Nigel is not your dad's brother! (pause) Being famous doesn't count. And don't babble at me, missy [laugh track]. Hello? Audrey?! Get back here! (He realizes Audrey has hung up. Jesse approaches him as he locks his phone)
Jesse: Mr Liam, if it makes you feel better, everyone thinks you're my dad, even though we look nothing alike.
Logan: Thanks, big guy, I'm so happy I never adopted you [brief laugh track]. (He stares at Jesse for a while) Jesse, your right eye is glowing again. The vision better be good.
Jesse: I hope so. It's been crazy the past week. For someone like myself, Danny's known for crazy [brief laugh track]
Logan: (The two carry a tray each to the living room to set down on the centre table. They continue discussing) Besides, you have absolutely nothing to worry about. Yes, you were sneaky towards your friends like Tracy does with everyone, but that doesn't mean we can't be honest at the right time.
Jesse: Yes, Mr Liam. Just one problem, this isn't the right time. (They drop their trays on the table)
Logan: (counting the cupcakes) How? Any time to be honest is the right time. To be honest. (He finally looks up and realizes everyone has been listening to and looking at them. Tracy, Danny, Rudra, Kelsea, Amber, Simran, Camillo, and Vivian give Logan and Jesse serious glares) [laugh track]
Jesse: This is why no one is honest these days. (He turns away from them) And how are you a judge? (Gabrielle is seen in her stroller, dressed in a baby-sized black gown with a lawyer's wig on her head. She's holding a royal sceptre instead of a gavel, for some reason. She has an angry pout on her face, almost as though Jesse just asked her a silly question) [brief laugh track]
Danny: We kind of lost her gavel.
Kelsea: In case you're confused, that's Danny talk for "bye-bye, gavel." [brief laugh track]
Camillo: (standing beside Gabrielle with all the confidence in the world) And I'm the baby monitor. Yes, people. I'm qualified for this job cause Gabrielle and I share a connection. (thoughtfully) It's almost like she's my sister.
Amber/Jesse: (irritated) SHE'S OUR SISTER! [laugh track]
Camillo: At least, I get paid handsomely for this (he receives a wallet from Gabrielle, who maintains her pout look). Like I said, handsomely.
Logan: Gabrielle, that's my wallet!
Gabrielle: (babbles) Your loss [laugh track]
Jesse: (stares into space as he freezes in a trance-like state. He sees a vision of Madison giving him a strawberry flavoured ice cream in a cup)
[Madison: (grinning) This is for the special lady]
(The vision quickly closes, followed by the green wave, and finally, his eye and full face are shown. He regains consciousness and continues to observe everyone, though he is puzzled about what he just saw)
Logan: OK, so the case here is Jesse ditched you all and got you in trouble with Madison. And Vivian, for some reason, you want a divorce?
Vivian: (with a stereotypical Latinx accent) I want a divorce as soon as possible from this Mister Senor who has ruined my life with his unexpected betrayal! (stands up in mock fury) And guess what he also did? (She pauses and brings out a random picture from her jean pocket) I saw him with this girl! (Everyone gasps dramatically, including Gabrielle)
Jesse: Give me that! There's no way (He snatches the photograph from Vivian and observes it before recognising it briefly and grinning). Oh, wait. I know her [laugh track]
Rudra: You're not even trying to deny it.
Tracy: Honestly, Jesse, I'm offended.
Danny: Bro, the betrayal keeps getting worse. I can't even stan you right now.
Jesse: (indignant) You're literally not stanning for me right now [brief laugh track]
Logan: What are we even arguing about? Isn't the case about Jesse getting you all in trouble with Madison?
Kelsea: Don't forget Jesse wore your green hoodie to impress a girl.
Logan: You did what?!
Tracy: Jesse, what were you thinking?
Jesse: Mr Liam, I promise nothing happened to the hoodie.
Logan: Forget the damn hoodie! There's another girl?! [laugh track]
Jesse: You're supposed to be my lawyer.
Logan: And now, I'm officially offended.
Jesse: No, you're not.
Camillo: (pretending the large encyclopedia in his hand is a legal terms book that contains the laws of the land) Actually, Jesse, it's legal for a lawyer to be annoyed with his client here in Colorado. (He tosses the book effortlessly, which breaks some glassware offscreen. But no one seems to notice) [laugh track] See, Vivian. I told you not to marry Jesse.
Gabrielle: (points at Jesse with her sceptre) Bad Jesse [another laugh track]
Jesse: Great, you also turned my baby sister against me.
Amber: Jesse? She's a baby, and her feelings have been genuinely hurt.
Jesse: Forget it. I've had enough nonsense for one day. (He grabs his charger from the dining table where he had left it earlier and starts to walk out)
Tracy: Jesse, come back. We're just messing with you.
Jesse: (clearly irritated) And the rest of you are messed up, too. Because you never listen to warnings and still get in trouble anyway. (turns to Logan and Tracy) Except you both, you're my rocks [brief laugh track]. (Jesse closes the door behind him as the others stare at him. Mixed feelings of pity, mock concern, and sadness are all over their faces)
Logan: (shrugs) On the bright side, I'm his greater rock.
Tracy: (cuts in) Don't push it [laugh track].

Later on, Jesse is outside Madison's food truck. He's busy with some freshly baked cupcakes while staring gloomily.
Madison: How about I let your friends get free ice cream for a week?
Jesse: Thanks, but it's not gonna work now.
Madison: (ponders) I know what can fix it. (She goes back to her stacks of snacks and confectioney and scoops some strawberry flavoured ice cream into a plastic cup. She grins as she hands it to him) This is for the special lady.
Jesse: I'm a guy.
Madison: I mean your friend. (Jesse turns to his right and sees a 13 year old girl, the same height as Jesse, and fair skinned. The girl smiles at Jesse) It's Harleen. You would notice if you weren't so in your thoughts. That's her brother's thing [laugh track]
Harleen: (shrugs) You're not wrong. My brother Rudra spaces out like he's a psychic tech whiz. Almost like he is.
Jesse: (nervously) Rudra's a psychic?
Harleen: No, he's just Davenport smart. He couldn't predict his future in the next 10 seconds accurately, even if his future depended on it [brief laugh track].
Jesse: (heaves a sigh of relief) You're complaining about Rudra? Wait till you meet Danny. Properly [laugh track]
Harleen: You're really cool. It will take some time for them to actually come around and realize it's all their fault.
Jesse: Yeah. (shrugs) We should hang out more often.
Harleen: We can start now. Firstly, because it's you. Secondly, I don't want Rudra to be upset with me for breaking his computer that only trash talks to you just because you're related to the owner. And in a weird way, I can relate to someone who's been in a similar situation [laugh track]. (The two say "Bye, Madison" in unison and leave. Madison smiles for a while at the two, but her happy thoughts are interrupted by dramatic sobs coming from right inside her food truck. She turns around to see Logan damping his "tears" with his handkerchief) [laugh track]
Madison: Logan? How are you here?
Logan: (in between sobs) Because my son has grown up so fast. It's as if he was just 10 years old last year, and now he's 11 and all grown up. (He's somewhat dry-eyed) Don't tell Tracy, but Jesse said I'm the stronger rock that helps him when he's down.
Madison: Logan, I want to be sympathetic. But you just pushed it [laugh track]. (Madison starts to slightly shove Logan out of the truck, even though he tries to slow her down by sliding the balls of his feet on the ground) Come on! Your son needs you, Logan.
Logan: Madison, you're supposed to be encouraging me.
Madison: Logan, I have enough fresh water to prepare my food. Salty water won't help [quiet laugh track]
Logan: If we go for dinner next weekend, will you help?
Madison: I'll think about that. But for now, I'm allergic to salt [final laugh track].(Madison successfully makes Logan leave as she closes the door and heaves a sigh of relief. The scene comes to a close)
