The scene opens with a calendar in Logan's living room. The 28th of October is circled with a blue marker and "Tracy" written above it, indicating that it is Tracy's birthday. Meanwhile, the birthday celebrant, dressed in a striped blue T shirt and grey pyjamas, is shown sleeping soundly on her bed. Fur Elise plays in the background to signify the peaceful environment. Well, right until *record scratch*
Jesse: (announcing in a manmer that startles Tracy out of her sleep) Let's make some noise for the birthday star! Miss T!!! Can I get a woah woah?!! (Tracy quickly grabs a nearby bat and almost whacks him with it) [laugh track]
Tracy: How about I woah-ck you upside the head with this wow bat?! [laugh track]
Jesse: Wait? You know ghetto English?
Tracy: (drops the bat aside and stretches) I used to work at a downtown restaurant, and I live with a black guy. Note, I'm not being racist.
Jesse: Oh, I know. But Logan doesn't always talk like you described.
Tracy: I could explain more, but you'd be offended [laugh track]. (She stands from her bed and walks out of her room)
Jesse: Is it weird that this used to be Miss Zoey's room until you moved in?
Tracy: Yeah, it shows that a lot has changed for good. The house belongs to Logan now, and even though a lot has happened, my birthday today reminds me that I should be appreciative of these events. And yes, Jesse, I'm planning to celebrate.
Jesse: And nothing can ruin today. If they did, Halloween is right around the corner [laugh track]. (The two walk into the living room, only to meet Heather sitting comfortably on the couch. On the centre table is an untouched large box of pizza and several beverages)
Tracy: Except her [brief laugh track]
Heather: (formally) Happy birthday, Tracy Morrison. Come, sit, and enjoy all that we have bought for you.
Tracy/Jesse: We?
Logan: (wearing a sleeveless shirt and pyjamas, as he enters the living room with a plate of freshly made omelette) Yeah. Actually, it was her idea to order food special for you. The least you can do is thank her.
Heather: (smiling pretentiously) Yeah, Tracy. Thank ME for what I made for you.
Tracy: (exhales uncomfortably) Heather, you're too kind. But I just ate.
Jesse: Miss Tracy, you literally just woke up.
Tracy: I also learnt ghetto skills, Logan's kid.
Jesse: (starts dragging Tracy) And I'm personally taking her shopping! Can I get a woah woah?!! [another laugh track] (The two quickly return to her room. Tracy hisses and frowns immediately)
Tracy: Jesse, do you know what I want as a birthday gift? Logan! Alone! With me! [laugh track]
Jesse: I'm sorry. Did I just hear that in another context? (smirks) Cause that was Lacy wordplay. (He laughs cheekily, but Tracy isn't impressed - especially at the ship name word play with the actual word "play") Too much? [laugh track]
Tracy: I'm just going to call Nigel and Danny. They'd know what to do about my birthday gift. (She proceeds to get her phone from the table beside her bed. Jesse groans in frustration, right before staring into space and freezing. He suddenly has a vision and sees Logan confronting Heather about something)
[Logan: I can't believe you'd do such a thing to him! Get out of this house!]
(His vision quickly closes, and he regains consciousness. He turns to Tracy with a concerned look)
Jesse: Miss Tracy, I think Heather's going to do something that will get Mr Liam upset. In my vision, he said he couldn't believe what she did to him.
Tracy: Hold on, she's gonna hurt Logan?? Oh, that b*tch is going down! Get my bat! [brief laugh track]
Jesse: No, not Logan. Him, like maybe, Danny, Rudra, Nigel? Or worse, me.
Tracy: Oh, no. You're way too valuable for Logan. If Heather did anything to you, he'd pull out the Logan thing. (She smirks as she suddenly has an idea) Wait. If Heather did anything to you, he'd pull out the Logan thing. And that's a valid reason for us to know what she's up to.
Jesse: Miss Tracy, is now the safest time to say that your idea face and Danny's prank face are the same thing? (Tracy glares at him) It's your birthday, no more cheesy jokes.
Tracy: Oh, look, you can read faces, too. Another Carmichael ability [laugh track]. Besides, I have to meet with Nigel.
Jesse: To help you find out Heather's plans?
Tracy: To help me price HIM on my birthday. That man made a lot of promises he didn't keep. And I plan to make sure he keeps them with a little help.
