I think I've been doing better the past few days but Eleanor is sad a lot of the time and it seems to be getting worse lately. I don't know what to do, should I try to help and if so how? Or do I do nothing other than be here for them? People don't like when you try to fix them. I don't understand why. I don't understand a lot of things.
