The tiny adventures of Jeon Jae-hwa

January 22nd,

It was early in the morning.
Everyone seemed to be asleep, well almost everyone seemed to be asleep.

Jae-hwa had woken up to use the bathroom at four in the morning, but now she couldn't fall asleep. She had thrown the biggest tantrum the previous day because she wanted Jimin to spend the day with her.

Jimin ofcourse gave in and agreed to take the day off and spent the whole day with her. He just made her promise she would sleep on time so she could wake up early to do her homework. Only then would Jimin stay and play. Now, Jae-hwa was too excited about spending the day with her eomma, which resulted in her not being able to sleep anymore.

The kids were on winter vacation, but due to Jimin and Jungkook's packed schedules, they didn't spend much time with the kids.

She finally sat up,
A pout on her lips as she got out of bed..
She went to check on her sister, Jae-eun, who happened to be sleeping peacefully.

"Eonnie.. " Jae-hwa softly poked Jae-eun's cheek. Of course, Jae-eun being Jae-eun, she didn't even react and continued to sleep peacefully.
Jae-hwa looked over at her brother, Jae-hyun. He was sleeping with his feet on the pillow, and his head was where his feet were supposed to be.
Jae-hwa didn't even consider trying to wake up her brother. Now, her pout was even more poutier. She couldn't sleep.

How dare everyone sleep peacefully while Jae-hwa was awake. She walked to her side of the study and picked up her iPad.
As she started walking back to her bed, she realised that Jimin was going to be disappointed if he found out she's not following the no electronics after nine rule.
She could consider still doing it, but Jimin will find out, he always does.

She put the iPad back where it was and decided to go in her parent's room.

"Baby?.." Jungkook called, stopping Jae-hwa in her tracks.
"What's wrong, love?.." Jungkook walked over to her.

"Paa, I can't sleep.. " she said and reached for Jungkook to pick her up.
Jungkook smiled endearingly at her and picked her up.
"Eomma is sleeping. Don't wake him up, okay?.." Jungkook went back to his room with Jae-hwa.

Jungkook didn't even have to say anything, Jae-hwa just jumped on the bed and quickly snuggled to Jimin's side.
Jungkook covered Jimin and Jae-hwa up nicely and got in himself.

Jae-hwa felt a kiss on her cheek.
She knew it was her eomma. Only Jimin woke her up like that.
"Get up, sleepy head.." Jimin softly spoke.

"Maa, five minutes more, please.." Jae-hwa rolled over and covered her face with the comforter.
"Okay, baby.. just five more minutes, yeah?.."
Jae-hwa felt a kiss on her forehead, and soon, the warmth disappeared.
She didn't sleep much longer after that and just got out of bed.

She walked out of the room and went straight to the living room. She could hear Jae-eun and Jae-hyun giggles coming from there, followed by Jungkook voice.

"Paa!.." she ran into Jungkook's arms
"Look who's awake.." Jungkook kissed her cheek and walked over to the couch and sat down with her.

"Yeobo, when will you be back home?.." Jimin, his voice, came from the kitchen.

"I don't think it will be past one. I have this one meeting with the production team at ten, and then I'll go to the school to pick up the homework for the kids."
