Chapter 105

After the phone call with Robert, Mila and Marcus rushed their grandmothers because they wanted to go to the hospital to meet their little sister. The two children were really impatient, so much so that they almost forgot the stuffed animal they were going to bring to their little sister at home. While they were in the car with Eleonor and Elena, the children saw a balloon shop and so Eleonor, since she was driving, parked and they went to buy some balloons. Mila and Marcus each chose three large pink balloons, some of which had little animals drawn on them, while others had simple white and gold hearts drawn on them. After getting those balloons, they all headed to the hospital. In the meantime, little Massiel continued to be cuddled by her parents and the little girl was really very calm. Andy felt quite tired, she really wanted to try to sleep a little, but she decided to stay awake so as not to miss a single moment of the moment when Mila and Marcus would meet their little sister.

Robert: "Are you sure you don't want to rest a little?"

Andy: "No" she replied even though she felt really tired. "I don't want to miss any moment since Mila and Marcus arrive"

Robert: "Okay, but we'll keep our mothers and children for a short time so you can rest"

Andy: "And do you think it will be easy to tell our children that they have to go home soon?" she asked amused.

Robert: "No, but I'll be able to convince them" Andy laughed a little.

Andy: "Good luck then" she replied laughing.

Since Elena, Eleonor and the twins would be arriving in a few minutes, Andy put little Massiel back in the crib that was next to his bed. As soon as Andy put the baby in the crib, Mila and Marcus came in through the door holding the big pink balloons and ran to their mother.

Mila: "Mom, where is our little sister?"

Andy: "She's here in the crib sleeping"

Mila: "Can we see her?" Andy nodded.

Elena: "Maybe give mommy the balloons first"

Marcus: "Oh, sure, but the balloons aren't for mommy, they're for our little sister" Andy, Robert, Elena and Eleonor smiled.

Robert: "I'll take the balloons and attach them to your little sister's crib, okay?"

Marcus: "Great idea dad" he replied as both he and Mila gave the balloons to their dad.

In the meantime Elena and Eleonor helped Mila and Marcus climb onto Andy's bed so they could get closer to the crib. The twins were really eager to meet their little sister and when they got closer to her, the two children calmed down instantly and didn't know what to do. Andy and Robert told their children that they could pet their little sister and then the twins gently petted their little sister's little hands and she made a little face that resembled a little smile.

Marcus: "She smiled, right?" Robert nodded. "Does she know that I am her brother and Mila is her sister?"

Robert: "Of course she does"

Mila: "But she is very small"

Robert: "That's true, but she recognizes you" both Mila and Marcus nodded.

Marcus: "She is very cute" he said smiling as he continued to look at her.

Mila: "Ohhh and she moves" they all laughed.

Marcus: "Of course she moves, she is a real baby" he replied to his sister.

Mila: "I know, but I thought she was sleeping"

Marcus: "You move when you sleep too"

Mila: "But I am big, she is very small" Marcus shook his head. "She is really very cute" she said continuing to gently caress his little sister's small hand.
