He didn't see the mysterious girl the next day. In fact, he didn't see her for a week.

It wasn't until Friday of the next week that he saw her again. But it was only for a quick second.

"Will Spencer Hastings please come up to the front office?" The intercom boomed.

"The freak has a name!" People screamed.

She speed-walked down the hall. She was crying. He couldn't see her eyes, but he could tell she was hurting.

"We've become aware of your little... Attempt." The principal said to her. Her parents were standing right next to the principal, with disgusted looks on their faces.

"I don't know what you're talking about." Spencer lied. She knew exactly what he was talking about.

"We know that you brought my gun to school." Her father blurted out.

Tears started streaming down Spencer's face. She knew she made a huge mistake. But the thing they didn't know was that she wasn't going to use the gun on the kids at school.
She was going to use it on herself.
