A story mostly focused on Joshaya but will contain hints of Corpanga, Rucas, Smarckle, etc. It all starts in the days leading up to the 25th Corpanga wedding anniversary. It takes place some years in the future (Riley, Maya, Farkle, Smackle, and Zay...
I began to text Josh and I notice that a smile has creeped up on my face. I get a little nostalgic looking at his contact name in my phone. I remember the first time I called him that. I was still in middle school, and I hadn't seen Josh in couple years. It was Christmas; his skin was pale and his cheeks were slightly rosy from the whipping winds outside. I've always thought he looked so cute when the cold weather made his cheeks turn a light shade of pink.
Me: so I was thinking maybe tomorrow we could finish our conversation from earlier today 😉
Him and I both knew for damn sure that what we were doing earlier was anything but conversation.
Boing 😍🙈👅: hmmm I don't remember what we were talking about...care to refresh my poor memory? 😌
Josh is such a fucking tease.
Me: well, maybe I could come over tomorrow and clear things up for you
Boing 😍🙈👅: 6 o clock sound good?
Me: Perfect...but what do I get in return for this refresher course?
Boing 😍🙈👅: You're gonna be blessed with my presence...isn't that enough?
Me: I guess😔 go have fun though...I'll see you tomorrow...don't miss me too much!
Boing 😍🙈👅: 😂see you tomorrow gorgeous
My heart skipped a couple beats just reading that last text. I missed this so much. I missed him.
Josh's POV
"Texting your girlfriend?"a voice loomed above me. I look up to see a waitress hovering above me handing me another scotch.

Don't get me wrong, she was pretty. She had long red hair and blue-green eyes, but she wasn't Maya.
"Ummm, not really," I responded back unsure of how to answer.
"Ahh, so you're single..." she said flashing a smile and leaning on the bar-height table I was sitting at.
I took a sip of my scotch and gave her a confused look. Before I could answer, she grabbed a napkin off the table and began to scribble on it while she said, "Well, I'm Aubree. Call me if you ever need somebody to keep you from getting lonely."
In shock, I sat there as she called back to me, "Oh yea...and you are?"
"Josh. This is my boy Josh right here," Jesse (Morgan's husband) intercepted pointing at me as he spoke to the red-haired waitress.
